There's never any discounts or loyal customer incentives. I've been with Metro for over 5 years and that doesn't seem to matter to this company. I understand getting new customers in. What about the loyal customers, who have been consistent with the company. Loyal customers money matters as well.

The 2 young females are rude.
Also, I spent almost $300 a couple weeks ago, paid for price for a new OnePlus N10. Got it home, it was signed into SOMEONE'S else's Facebook account.. so how does a "New" phone be signed into a facebook account?!

This store stole my debt card information. I hadn't used my card in over a week then I use it here to purchase my phone, an 3 hours later my account was wiped. Coincidence I hardly think not. An the fact they take the card behind the counter to swipe it. Damn thieves will the two younger females that work there anyhow

The gentlemen lied to us at the store all the way around. Highly dissatisfied and I just came back to metro
