When I arrived in the store Mia was busy putting out fresh stock but very happily assisted me to find the right pair of shoes. Not only did was she helpful in shoe selection, she went above and beyond to search my phone for the $10 off coupon on a $100 or higher pair of shoes. Mia is a cheerful, resourceful, and well trained employee. Finish Line is lucky to have her. Thanks, Mia! ❤

I took my daughter to try to find a new pair of running shoes. The staff was the kindest that I have experienced in a long time...eager to help, gave us suggestions and so very polite. They had exactly what I needed and the entire experience was quick and painless! Many thanks

I’ve had THE BEST customer service here with Miss. shakira ( I’m almost positive that’s her name ) , made me wanna cry that we still have such sweet souls in this world. Miss shakira ( we’ll call her Titi <3 ) not only helped me find the right sizes for all 3 of my kids after checking a few different sizes she kept going in the back with a smile on her face to help us, and when my kids even got a little upset because they didn’t have their size she would always say “ don’t worry babies, titi gots you “ as she ordered our birthday girl the exact shoes she wanted. she treated my ENTIRE family of 6 with nothing but sweetness and kindness, and I let her know it was by far THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had in ANY store and how nice and happy she was, she gave me a hug and was over joyed that I said that to her. Words cannot do justice of how much my 30 minute interaction with her, ment to my family and myself. I will be back in on Sunday to see titi 🥰 with a little present for her <3 please take into consideration how much of a GREAT person and employee she is, and she deserves employee of a life time ! ( I’ve never left a Google review before , this is my first and I’d definitely do it again for her !)

We have been coming to this Finish Line throughout the time our six children have been in school. We went this evening to get our youngest some new sneakers as she prepares to head to college. I was happy to see the familiar face of Akira Evans, who typically offers great customer service and support. With children who play sports and are very active, we have spent a lot of time and money in Finish Line, and I would choose to go here over any other store or location because of the exceptional service that Ms. Evans offers. She took time to talk to my daughter and find out the details of the product she wanted, and then helped us to order the shoes and have them shipped to our home so that we got the proper size. She is professional and positive, and even in the midst of the busyness of the retail business, needy customers at the register, and questions from a variety of directions, Ms. Evans remains professional, upbeat and truly an exceptional representative of the Finish Line brand.

Best shopping experience I had in a long time. Please forgive me I butcher the associates name. I believe she said her name was Akeria? Beautiful lady with huge eye lashes. Anyway.. she was incredibly helpful, nice, and had a great demeanor. She ordered out of stock item to be shipped to my house effortlessly. Thank you so much!

Got some shoes just now, Akira helped me and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The best help I've received in a store, restaurant or other business in a very long time. I was there with my business partner and we both thought how great it would be if our employees all were as good at there job as Akira is at hers. Great job!

This locations needs more releases and more restocks.. the inventory corporate sends to this store doesn’t match how good the staff at this location is!

I went to this store about 2 weeks ago with my family and the experience was so wonderful!!! Not only did I find a great pair of shoes, but the employees were so helpful. It is so hard to find good customer service anymore, but the staff here went above and beyond for us. One of the guys there even gave my 2 kids each a soccer ball! The employees here were pleasant, smiling, and very engaging in conversation with my children. Saturday 14th in the evening was when we went. I will definitely be shopping here again.

OK Joe is the BEST. I was in his store this evening and had some question regarding the difference between two different major brands and which was most suited to my needs. He was spot on and knew his manufactures and gave me the best information I could have asked for.

I trusted and believed in his comments.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes for hubby this past Saturday...
A guy named D Davion or Demetrie? helped me.. he was very very knowledgeable in comfort, size and useage.. he did such a good job that my husband loved both pairs of shoes Nike and Puma and I did not have to return either one! Very excited my husband is no longer wearing Skecher Go Walks. I actually got him into a decent concert going/gig playing/gym shoe!
D was correct !!! up size to a 13 based on the two pairs of shoes that I bought and they fit him perfect 🥰 Thanks D!!!!

Buying sneakers for my son is not easy. In fact, it's almost impossible. After we bought a pair with a very friendly young man, we realized two days later they were not a good purchase. In dismay and in fear of the recent epidemic of awful customer service, I called the store and spoke with Justin, a manager. He was so welcoming and helpful. A few days later we went in and were helped by two outstanding members of management, Chris and Justi . They were patient with my son, understanding, helpful and gave him many options of shoes that would be a good fit based on his foot. I am so happy about my experience! I cant thank them enough for restoring my faith in customer service. We aren't going anywhere else for sneakers! As a mom of two boys and a husband that is sneaker head, I know we will be back. Thank you Chris and Justin for helping us have a shopping experience that was not filled with difficult stress! I truly appreciate you both and your team!

What an amazing team they have here! This team really cares about there customers and they give amazing customer service. I was feeling a little bummed out not being able to find any sneakers I liked in my size. Was in here looking at some that were ok and than Keira told me she was going to bring out “A Christmas Surprise”, Gabe went to the back and brought me out a pair of Air Jordan 1 Retros,” The Air Jordan 1Retro High OG Bordeaux”,,, I was in love the minute I saw them… I had to make a decision because I wear 11.5 and they only had an 11 and a 12 but they all were super helpful in giving me ideas to make the 12 work best for me. My gf bought them for me for my big Christmas present lol… I couldn’t be more happier with the shoes I got. Thanks to Keira, Gabe and Big Sam too,,, What an awesome team … This is definitely where I will go for my next pair of kicks

My son purchased a pair of shoes for me around the Christmas holiday. I recently tried on the shoes and they were too tight. I went to Finish Line to exchange the shoes for a larger size. They did not have my size at the store. Abbie went over and beyond. Before she placed my order online, she provided me with the opportunity to try different sizes to ensure the size was exactly what I needed. I appreciated her assistance. Way to Go Abbie!!!

Ask for Akira! She’ll fix you up! she brought me so many sneakers to try on and was knowledgeable and a sparkling personality! I settled on the Nike Vapormax Plus! It was a very good experience!

Jaysen was our service representative and he did a great job finding all the sneakers that my children wanted which is usually a chore. He was prompt, courteous, and made certain we were thoroughly helped until check out. Will return and recommend.
