Wonderful experience at T-Mobile today. Spoke to Grant and he was truly helpful to me with switching my service. Also, he mentioned that I can get two watches.
I was absolutely happy when I left the store

I met these good people due to a very unfortunate unforeseen incident with my very old iPhone. I like the entire team I work with Lamarcus specifically on one go round and the lady who I’m so sorry I cannot remember her name the second time around. I ended up updating my phone to the latest 15 and my watch and life has just been very different ever since. Now no one wants to buy a phone when they’re not in the market to buy a phone but the team made everything very light and jovial. Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend. And shout out to the newbie who was doing his best to be of value and service despite not having any true credentials, I think of you often young man.

Grant and Tom were AMAZING. Grant gave us the best deals possible and he made sure that we were well taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and he even convinced us to buy watches! Him and Tom both calculated our monthly payments as well to make sure that we knew exactly what we were going to be spending and they made sure we were comfortable before we agreed on a purchase. They even stayed late to make sure that our phones and watches were set up correctly. I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than these guys. Because of them, we wont be going anywhere else for phones in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Lamarcus and the rest of the team when I came in to get a new plan for upcoming international travels. The whole team was very knowledgeable about the products, offers, and which plan would get me the best for my experience abroad. They were all extremely efficient and I was in and out in about an hour. Lamarcus was attentive and made sure I was actually getting what I needed for my trip, and me and my family left extremely satisfied with the service provided. The staff here at T-mobile made a process that was initially daunting very approachable and simple. I appreciate how they were willing to explain each step in detail and show us the break down of the plan chosen. I sincerely want to thank Lamarcus and the team at T-mobile.

I needed help with my Sim. I was immediately greeted and helped. It was quick and easy and they even told me about the tmobile home internet trial and sent me home with a box to try it. 3 of them helped me and we're very professional and friendly. Their names were Lamarcus, Grant and Katia. I definitely suggest coming here for any of your tmobile needs.

Grant was very helpful. We have visited the store a few times and Grant was always prompt and attentive. He would make sure we got all our questions answered and took time to find the best options.

Grant was awesome today!! He helped get my mom set up on our plan. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

My T-Mobile representative was Lamarcus at the Bethlehem Georgia T-Mobile store. and I have this to say about Lamarcus: I have never been made to feel more appreciative of being a customer then the way I was treated by Lamarcus. Being a person of age a lot of things are very new to me in regards to what cell phones have to offer, and what services are out there that would benefit me. Lamarcus took his time to explain things to me, made sure I understood what we were discussing and he was very polite, patient and displayed superior knowledge of all aspects of T-Mobile. He should be commended for the superior service that I received, and the respectful way that I was treated. I have since gone back to T-Mobile with questions and received the same quality of service from him. During both my visits to T Mobile it was also very evident that LaMarcus has the respect of the other employees in the store and showed evidence of being a reputable trainer. . Came in to switch from Xfinity and get new phones for my in-laws. The Corbin and the other employees were super helpful, patient and informative. The process took about an hour with a lot of moving parts but they handled all the hard part. Overall a great experience 👍

Love Tmobile especially the bethlehem/winder location staff always friendly n knowledgeable.. been with them for years left once but came back real fast..
These other phone places aint got nothing that can beat Tmobile

Was having problems with my fiancés phone losing service randomly. We got pushed around between T-Mobile and apple to fix the problem, but Grant was very helpful and insightful on fixing the real problem.

Katia is the BEST! She always takes care of us and helps us get what we need done the cheapest way possible. My MIL Theresa always hopes she's there when we have an issue and need 2 visit the store! Thanks 4 all you do Katia!

This is the best T-Mobile you will ever go to. Got phones and they have the best sales people I have met there, wanted to just activate 1 line and they made me save so much money from my old carrier and I got new phones and 5 lines out of it. Thank you Grant, Tom, Corbin, Kevin, and LaMarcus for your help and great sales positioning!!!

This was our best experience with a cell provider ever. We switched from AT&T and Grant and Thomas at this location were so kind and helpful. Thomas spent a couple of hours with us getting every switched over. Super patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Let me tell you something, I have been to numerous T-Mobile's and have never been treated the way I was here. Corbin went above and beyond to assist me and help. He was able to answer all my questions and was able to make me feel like more then just another customer. If anyone is coming please just ask for Corbin and I promise you will leave feeling like family and taken care of!
