My roof had hail damage and I had a couple of leaks inside my house. Ryan with Proguard was very professional and handled absolutely everything for me. My new roof looks amazing. It was a very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend them!

We've been working with Ryan from Proguard Restoration for the past 8 years with our own homes as well as properties we manage. Their company has replaced numerous roofs and repaired many roofs for us in the last 8 years. The last roof replaced was 11/2019 with owen corning desert tan shingles (see picture). The crew did a wonderful job as usual. They were quick and efficient. They are my "go to" company for all my roofing needs. They've also been helpful during hurricane season. I am extremely pleased with Proguard. My roof was damaged during a hailstorm and I worked with Steve who made the process as easy as possible. My insurance company did their best to make the approval and payment of my claim as difficult as possible, but Steve stayed on top of them throughout. My insurance company dragged the process on for 7 months but Steve was persistent and kept me updated. I would highly recommend Proguard to anyone in need of a new roof.

Proguard communication, professionalism and responsiveness were outstanding. Unfortunately I was hospitalized the week my roof was to be replaced. The job went on in my absence, and Ryan sent me pictures and texts throughout the day showing their progress. As you can imagine this is a big $ fix to a home, but Proguard communication skills were phenomenal. I would definitely use this company again for future roof work...

Proguard replaced the roof on my new house and did a great job. Also I had a leak develop after a few months. The cause of the leak was in question but Proguard covered it under there warranty and repair work was done within a few days. In my experience they care about there reputation and the customer.

This company will treat you like part of their loving family. They walked through the roof replacement process step by step even sitting with us while we called the insurance company. My roof was damaged by Hurricane Irma in 2017, and needed to be replaced. So I did extensive research on over 30 roofers, looking for a reputable name that was not necessarily the cheapest, but that was knowledgeable, responsive, reputable, transparent and offered extensive warranty.
So I found Proguard… not only did they meet my criteria, but Don Clasby, their technical sales guy and project manager, exceeded my expectations for several reasons:
- I was overseas so he kept an eye on the entire project
- He sent me pictures and did video-conferencing to show progress and project completion
- He was always available to me… days, nights, weekends and holidays… this was how he differentiated himself from the competition
- He ended up being super competitive on the price
- He did a bunch of extra stuff beyond the call of duty at no additional cost
- He offered to fix the gutters, super-gutters and pool cage screens under the same contract for a very competitive price
- He offered the best roofing solution I could find
- He offered the best warranty I found: lifetime on materials and labor – through Owes Corning for being a preferred contractor
I never actually had to talk to Proguard because Don took excellent care of me.

John Robinson and his son J.C. were phenomenal! They talked me through the process. They simplified the process by meeting with my insurance adjuster and provided picture and roof analysis for them. John advised me of the start date and kept me updated. Everything went smoothly. They were professional, friendly, thorough and caring about my satisfaction. We had a wonderful experience!!

I didn't expected it to be finish in one day. I was shocked and in awed how fast they can get it done. Steve go through step by step with the process with to help guide you with insurance and have it ready in a day. I honestly thought it will take weeks but it come quick as it can. Now I can come home and just look the roof. I can feel safe under my roof
