Carrabba's Italian Grill

Delicious as always. I was seated right away even though they were busy. Most of everyone else was seated quickly as well. The server was incredibly nice and attentive. I like that she didn't hover. The people next to me had a slight issue with their meal, they didn't make a big deal about it. But someone (possibly a manager or something) came and talked with them like they were old buddies and checked on them. I thought that was nice. Food was excellent, definitely my favorite place to take myself on a date to!

The service was amazing, the food even better!! Date night, casual outing, family get together, whatever!!! It was above delicious!! We had Caesar salad that was amazing, their soup was enticing, and their pasta was such a large portion of delight! Seasoned well, fresh, and we were catered to with friendly service and smiles all the way through!!! Fresh warm bread and the sausage mushroom appetizer was enough to be a meal itself!!! Annnnd did I mention the cocktails?! Their Blackberry Sangria is full and flavorful, sweet but not too sweet and has lots of fresh cut fruit! Get a pitcher and share!!

The service and food was amazing. Our server was Evan and she did a fantastic job. She was very sweet and patient and had a great attitude. The food came out so fast our take was filled with plates. Absolutely great experience. Will definitely be coming back again.

Overall great experience that focused on team work! Didn’t have the best first impression from the host because they showed minimal emotion; however, the service was the fastest service we’ve ever had from any Carrabas! I do think the food quality suffered slightly due to the speed, but the food was still enjoyable. It always looks good when the manager stops by and checks on you. Our waiter was Xavier “X” and he did a good job. Keep up the good work!

The food is always delicious. Our Server was attentive and brought more grilled asparagus for my plate. Not at my request, but at the direction of the head chef --- he was not pleased with the minuscule appearance after it was plated. I thought that was a nice touch.

My wife and I had a bad day so we decided to go to Carrabba's. I wanted a glass of wine and we both wanted pasta to comfort ourselves. We had such a wonderful server, Shantal, who went above and beyond to answer all of our dietary questions. She made excellent recommendations and we were very satisfied with the quality of the food.

I had the The lobster ravioli and my wife had the eggplant parmesan. I had the house red wine blend as well.

My Server was Charles, Amazing service. This was our first time and he told us everything we needed to know. I love how he was being himself. He was so funny ,made everyone laugh. He was amazing

My server Evan was very attentive and helpful to me and my wife. She let us taste the wine before committing and never lost her smile. Food came out very fast and delicious. The manager came and made sure we were happy. It was a great date night with my wife before I ship off to basic training on Sunday.

There’s plenty of parking with multiple handicap spaces. The lobby was clean and well lit. The front door staff were friendly and welcoming. We were seated right away, and Brandy, our server, was there right away to take our drink order. Brandy was very friendly and helpful. She returned with our drinks quickly and took our meal order. The food arrived in a timely manner and was visually appealing and warm. The salad was fresh and crisp. The salad was large and filled with an array of vegetables. The house vinaigrette dressing had a tangy flavor. The chicken parmesan was quite large and had plenty of cheese on top. The added cheese by Brandy upped the flavor even more. The breading was crispy but not burnt, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The marinara sauce had a rich spicy tomato flavor. The broccoli was firm but not hard. Brandy checked back frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. This was another enjoyable lunch.

Our server was great. She was courteous, professional, and great at recommending dishes. The bread stick town was packed with flavor. The veal marsala was loaded with mushrooms, and I was in heaven. The canoli cake was a decadent, perfect ending to the meal.

Everyone was super nice, the food was great, and price was pretty good too!

The experience was amazing! The food was delicious and the service was perfect. Randi was an amazing server and took great care of us! We will definitely be back. 😁

Haven't patronized this location or restaurant in general in quite a long time... Almost 2 years... Bc the quality of service and food had plummeted to the point where I expected that standard. Last night, 5/31/24 was the first time that not only did Carabbas surpass my standard for excellence, but impressed me to the point where I can't wait to go back!!! Our server was a beautiful young lady who never once had to be asked for a single thing bc she was on top of everything before we could even think to ask!!! Im terrible about names, but pretty sure the manager said her name was Evan or Evans. And the food was PERFECTION!!! Excellent timing by both our server and the kitchen in light of our appetizers and salads and we were able to enjoy each course instead of having everything thrust upon the table all at once. I truly did not think I'd ever go back and be not only satisfied with my dinner decision, but happy enough to publicly reclaim my love for Carabbas! We will absolutely be returning now that they've awoken from their complacent descent into food mundanity and are back on their A game!!!

Had a great meal! First time in many years going to Carrabas. Our server Jessie was very professional but also lively as was her manager Lindell. Very interesting ppl. Date night with the wife was perfect. 👌🏾

My family and I came here to celebrate my graduation from SCAD. The staff was beyond kind and so attentive and welcoming. I am so grateful to both Randi and Randy for taking such good care of us! Thank you guys so much.

We had a great experience at Carrabas today. Our server Xavier was exceptional. He was attentive and professional. He made our visit pleasant. The manager, Mr. Lyndell was very friendly as well. He made our visit feel like home.

The food, service and atmosphere was amazing! Our server Donrrick did a wonderful job taking care of us! We also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Mr. Lyndall who was such a breath of fresh air. We told him we made the special trip for my husbands birthday. He had his staff come out and sing and also have my husband a complimentary dessert! He has really done an amazing job training his staff! Thank you so much for making his birthday a great one!We will definitely be back!

Everything tasted delicious. The dessert, the bread pudding, was great , the Caesar Salad was great, my wife's steak and shrimp with noodles was great, my chicken carabarra was great. The service was good. We had a great time and the manager was a pleasure to meet. We shall be back when we come back to Savannah.

We went to this location for a date night for our anniversary and it was honestly one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time! We had the pleasure of being served by Ally and Soliel, very sweet and fast at taking care of us! The manager even came out and introduced himself and was very polite, not something that happens very often. The food was hands down delicious, props to the staff as they helped me to pick my meal and it came out so fast! So happy with our experience, and will definitely be back!
