Premier Garden Apartments

I love my premier garden penthouse suite! The gates are rarely inoperable, pools crystal clear 365 days a year, and the property is extremely clean inside & out..

I have been here for over a year. I love it here. The property is well kept and quite. I rarely see other tenants. The people in the leasing office have ALWAYS been extremely responsive to any concerns that I have had and respond almost immediately. I guess I'd rather have someone who is about their business than a friend when I need assistance from the office. The manager is matter of fact but that's not condescending to me. I feel comfortable coming home at any time. This place was a God send for me when I was looking for a place to live. Convenient to the highway and very accessible

I love my apartment complex. The property manager Tina and her crew are the best . They make sure everyone is in compliance which causes you to have a safe , neat, and friendly place to stay. My favorite part of the complex is that it's a gated community and easy access to the pool area. The Maintenance people are awesome. They are always on the go, fixing things in our homes and cleaning up the grounds within and around the apartment. The leasing agents are always on their toes helping pple get moved in and out and making sure the residents are receiving the help they need from maintenance. A great place to live very peaceful at night and during the day.

I just moved to the apartments and I am very pleased so far. The leasing staff has been great, and maintenance has taken care of work orders in an expeditious manner. The one thing that I don't care for this is the stray cats.

The renovated units are nice, especially the kitchen. Quiet and clean community. Gates always work. The 5 stars are for Ms. Nikki. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. She stays on top of Everything.

Can I just say Nikki Knighton is EVERYTHING! She is truly amazing! She IS Premier. She cares, she really does! She is professional, honest and just a joy to be around. Her personality is infectious. Premier Garden is blessed to have her and so are we as tenants! Her light shines through and that's a welcome change when dealing with leasing agents. Premier Garden is a great place and I feel like I have found my home. Thank you Nikki, God bless you:)

Nice and clean very quiet lived here since September enjoying my place! Management love them never had any of the issues that some people are saying on these reviews April was and is sweet!

I have benn living here for 4yrs in October and I love Ms. Sonya and Ms. April. They are helpful and always friendly.
