Candice has helped me so much in postpartum recovery! After 7 weeks pp I was in so much pain still and could barely walk a quarter of a mile. After my first few visits and staying on top of my exercises I am now able to walk 2+ miles with no problem! I am so thankful I found this facility, and Candice has been amazing to work with--her can do attitude makes it such a pleasant experience! The office staff are extremely nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Women First if you are in the area!

Dr. Sara was able to help me immensely! I came in after ending up in the er from intense abdominal and pelvic cramping. They listened to my symptoms and the details of when the pain comes and goes and we were able to start a round of supplements that same day. The pain was coming every month like clockwork, but since my first appointment in August, I have had no pain. I can’t recommended them enough. I felt understood and like everything I brought up was being carefully considered, never overlooked. Many thanks to the Dr. Sara and Candice!

I am so thankful to have found Women’s First. I’m currently pregnant and have been working with Candice. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I had been seeing a pelvic floor PT at a different practice but didn’t feel like I got much from the experience. After just a few sessions with Candice, I truly feel heard, I feel like my issues are being addressed, and that she’s truly helping me prepare for a better pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.

I am so thankful I chose Women First Rehabilitation for treatment! I had been in so much pain and beginning to lose hope that I'd ever be pain free. I felt an improvement after just the first visit! I'm now completely free of pelvic pain and have a full understanding of the exercises I can do at home to remain pain free. Every provider in the clinic has such a passion for the work they do, and they are so compassionate and kind and knowledgeable! From the moment you walk into the clinic and are greeted by the front-office staff, you feel cared about! It's a peaceful and calm environment and you never feel like just another number...they truly take time to listen to you, educate you, and care for you as an individual! I absolutely love this practice. I am in the third trimester and getting services with Candice. She is amazing. She goes above and beyond to answer questions and emails (even after visits). She actually listens and cares as well as works collaboratively for best results! I love that she is able to incorporate therapeutic yoga techniques also! Highly recommend.

I saw Candice for postpartum/post c section rehab and my experience was fantastic. Cannot recommend her and this office enough! Clean office, professional staff, organized, thorough, and very, very specialized care.

Dr. Sara Bolden has changed my life! I saw her 4 months after having my first child. I had experienced terrible trauma (third degree tears and nerve damage). Within a few weeks (2 sessions per week), my issues decreased at an amazing rate and I went down to once per week and then once every 2 weeks. After 3 months, I am now close to where I was pre-baby. I cannot recommend this practice and Dr. Bolden enough! Thank you!

After 10+ years of chronic pain, I finally found relief at Women First. They are patient friendly, on time, and most importantly, knowledgeable about numerous conditions that affect us all differently. It is the most comfortable “medical” setting I’ve ever been in, and I couldn’t give any higher praise. Care is patient specific, empathetic, and optimistic.

Everyone in the office is super nice and friendly. Dr. Sara Is the best Pelvic therapist ever!!! She totally gets what is happening and what happens emotionally too and is so sweet and understanding through the process.

Can’t recommend Women First highly enough. Incredibly nice staff, clean and calming office, and Dr. Bolden is wonderful. She has helped me immensely with my pelvic floor pain.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. I love the providers and their knowledge. I also love the staff and how caring everyone at the clinic is. I would 10/10 recommend this practice.
