I went to this location for some last minute shopping. At first I couldn't find what I had in mind. I asked an employee for help. she was very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.. she showed me where everything was, and even showed me where I could find a few good sales.. I was very pleased & happy I asked her for assistance.. Kudos to Kaveishia, Nina.. I will definitely be back to find more sales!

Stopped by for some Christmas shopping and for some ideas and enjoyed the service. All staff members were very friendly. Charles at checkout was amazing and helped us find what other locations would have what we needed.

I just went to pick up some dresses ordered online during Black Friday. It's a very big store with a lot of deals. Plenty of dress collections, cosmetics, etc in the backstage section too. The store is not very crowded.

One of the best Macy's store in Atlanta with good collection of gent's clothing. They have good collection of women's and kids clothing, Kitchen utensils, Cooking ware, Beddings and travel accessories. Store is well maintained and has excellent customer service.

I could hear the rustling of the leaves as I left the car in the middle of the parking lot. It was dark and I was scared. Thank God for the little man in his golf cart. I waved back and got back in my car.

This is a great Macy's! People are nice, prices are reasonable on most things and it's convenient. Also good quality ptoducts!

The store is lacking the characteristics of a mid-scale major department store. In fact, the entire store resembles a resale shop. If you're looking for quality, quantity, and selection, choose Macy's Perimeter, Town Center, or Mall of Geirgia.

First time at this location. CJ was so helpful! I needed to upgrade and exchange a gift in the jewelry dept. She made the process very easy.
They had what I came in for and I left very happy! Late birthday gift!

Great deals if you know how to look for them. Theres always amazing sales here. Alot of people dont shop here because theres barely any good stores but i feel macys is enough. I lovvvve shopping here!!! Workers are friendly aswell

I would personally like to thank Abdul for Macy’s, shopping representative in jewelry. He was very caring, he gave me options for selecting and exchanging jewelry pieces, and gave me all of my options for additional credits of Macy’s money to use for future shopping. Abdul is a great Macy’s representative.

Location looks like going to close. Pretty much all looks empty, old and tarnished. Dil who helped me with selecting earrings for my daughter was awesome. It's sad to see such locations are drying out due to online shopping.

I found some good deals. It was not crowded. Back stage had great prices. The mall attached to this Macy's was dead. It really saddens me to see this mall that used to be booming, now dead. Hardly no stores or food court I hope that this mall comes alive soon.
