Dr. Higgins might not even remember me, but I surely remember him. Back in the early 2000's I was VERY sick with high blood pressure. NO doctor can seem to regulate my pressure. But Dr. Higgins took the time to KNOW me and understand what worked best for my pressure. Let me tell you, he found the right combination and my pressure has been regulated ever since. I NEVER told him how much I appreciate him. BUT this DOCTOR ROCKS.....Thank You Dr. Higgins
