Family Dollar

Quite a while after posting previous review, I went back to the store and a new manager was there. I told him about my problem and was advised to bring my item back to the store which I did and received my refund. Evidently was not a company policy but a bad manager policy.

I bought a phone holder for my car last week that didn’t fit on my car. I went in today to return or replace the item and was told that as of yesterday, the store does not take any electronics back. So this policy came into effect a week after I bought the phone holder and also, since when is a phone holder an electronic device. The clerk called to make sure she could not take it back since it wasn’t electronic and was told it couldn’t be returned. My last time there. Just make sure your item is what you want because you may never be able to return it.
