ProLectric was great. Good communication and quality of work. A little pricey BUT it is 100% worth it because you know the work is going to be done right the first time. Craig was the tech that came out and took care of me. Definitely recommend this company.

I called Prolectric on Thursday to install a receptacle for my sauna which was being delivered on Monday (sooner than expected) The other electricians I called had high ratings as well but wanted to schedule me for a consultation (which is understandable) but would be a couple weeks out and said once we set the install date sauna receptacle installs are charged a full day. I needed a 120/20 amp dedicated sauna plug which after calling around should not take all day. True to form, Prolectric came and did it spot on in less than 3 hours with one technician. The price was 1/3 what the other company quoted. The technician was great, respected my home by keeping everything neat (he had to crawl underneath the home). 2 days later my sauna has run several hours flawlessly. No tripped breakers, no issues at all. I HIGHLY recommend Prolectric.

I hired Proletric to look at some switches and breakers at my house. Their customer service was exceptional when booking/confirming the appointment. The work was scheduled for 8am and the electrician (Jesse) showed up 5-minutes early and was ready to start exactly when we agreed. Jesse was great to work with, knowledgeable, and very fast.

I have used them in the past and would use them again in a heartbeat. They have a fast response time and can quickly accommodate scheduling the work to be done. The technicians always arrive on time, and keep me informed of their progress as they complete the work requested. This most recent appointment was for fixing items on an inspection report on my home. They completed the work efficiently and correctly and were thorough about making sure every item listed on the report had been addressed. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

I was in need of an electrician to perform a upgrade for turn-on service, which generally includes installing networked smoke/Co2 detectors in all bedrooms, plus shoring up any recessed outlets and more. They were timely, professional and courteous. It was also a welcome surprise to see that they installed two simple ceiling lamps that I was going to do myself later! Price was also among the best, being less expensive than others I called for the estimate.

We called today because a rental property was having surging issues and half the time was without power. The gentleman I spoke too was beyond amazing and helpful and said it sounded like a power company issue and it was. Thank you for saving the homeowner money on a service call, having outstanding customer service and much more. We will be using you and your services for future calls because your honest today went above and beyond.

The staff was extremely professional and accommodating! They called to let me know about a schedule change and when the technician (Randy) arrived, he was extremely courteous and helpful! They got my chandelier hung and working within a few minutes! Excellent service!!! Would recommend to anyone!

The technician I worked with was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, personable, informative, and efficient. He thoughtfully assessed my issue (a light switch in my master bathroom wasn't working right), gave me several options, discussed the pros and cons of each, and then completed the work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with ProLectric!

Got a recommendation from a neighbor who also used them. I called in the morning and they were there that afternoon - earlier than they said they would be there which I LOVED. All the power was out in my house so I needed them there ASAP. Great work and fast. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

I called them for a service repair to the breakers in my panel. They came the next day, and checked not only my breaker box but also checked out my Jacuzzi hot tub that had no power. They do not charge by the task, but by the hour. They are very reasonable with $89 the first hour and $79 for every hour after that. They get a lot of work accomplished within an hour. There was no extra charge for checking out and correcting electrical issues within the hour that they were there. Keith was our serviceman and he was very professional and kind. ProLectric deserves 5 stars all the way. I felt like they treated me like a human not a number. I will continue to use them for all our electrical needs in all of our homes.

Chris and Curtis did great work in rewiring my entire house. They worked with me to make sure I got what I needed and brought the house up to code. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone with electrical projects to complete

ProLectric Electrical Contractors Inc. sent a technician to my home the same day I requested service. The technician was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was respectful, courteous, and extremely professional. He was very efficient and did not waste time accomplishing the mission. The price was reasonable and I will definitely utilize this company in the future for all my electrical needs.

Our Serviceman was highly experienced and was able to troubleshoot the problem quite readily. Furthermore, we were grateful for his ability to explain the workings of electricity and how a fuse is properly matched to the receptacle, how a mismatch will cause stress and eventual failure, safety concerns, etc. Much appreciated!

Mike promptly took my call around 9pm, walked me through the basics to make sure their services were required (instead of hard selling the service like the rest of the companies, he makes sure they are needed as to not waste your time or money) . After establishing that I did need an electrician they went lengths to fit it in my schedule. Came out very early morning so I didn't have to miss work. Curtis showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and had my issues diagnosed and repaired within an hour. He also did a once over on our breaker box to verify that everything was properly put in place. Prolectric was not the first company I called but was the most affordable and also the best customer service I received over the phone out of the three I called. I will not use anyone but Prolectric now and in the future.

I was extremely pleased when I called and was able to explain my issue with a professional who understood what I was having an issue with and fit me in for my repair quickly and efficiently! It was a very nice experience and will definitely call them again!

I am rewriting my review to reflect a response from the owner of the company. He has gone above and beyond what I would expect from any company. He offers to rectify any problems I had with their job at my house. I am very appreciative that he right the wrong.
