United Club

This is a great United Club. All the employees we interacted with were very friendly and professional. The food/drinks are self service but employees kept checking with us to see if we needed anything.

We were there 2PM on a Saturday and the hot food choices were pasta, pulled chicken BBQ (very tasty), and cheese grits. They also had chips/salsa and chicken salad sliders. For dessert they had oatmeal raisin cookies and very fudgy chocolate brownies.

We always stop here when flying out of ATL. Lounge has a large window and nice view of planes on the tarmac.

Not quite 5 stars. But we were lucky to be there when it wasn't crowded.
The food and drink offerings are simple if you are not looking to have a real lunch or dinner.
It was a good getaway from the very busy Atlanta airport mayhem.
We were satisfied for what it offered.

Very nice place to relax and snack. Decent seating options and brightly lit. Great view of planes coming and going. Very decent Wi-Fi and beverage choices (custom flavor Coca-Cola machine!). There's no bar, but the self-serve wine and beer selection was good. Power outlets worked and the food offering has a very good spread of carbohydrate and protein choices. Food was fresh and tasty.

The club was nice. A good break from the regular airport waiting areas. Plus they had food and drinks

United has stepped up and heard the complaints from others’ older reviews. I’ve been delayed and here for 2 meal times and been happy with the food selection. Sloppy joes and pasta for example. The desk agents and service workers have been great!

This club is self serve, beer and wine which is a nice touch. Food prep was super clean and actually delicious. Sweets are in the business lounge part. Great team to greet you.

Quiet, spacious lounge, food looked OK, didn't try anything. The agent (Jennifer I think was her name) was a real sweetheart and helped track down a lost bag for me. Thank you so much!

United Airlines Lounge is located on the top floor on Concourse T, nestled between gate 11 and 12. Accessible by elevator or stairs. The modern decor with accents of vintage aviation wall frames and a spectacular view, makes this club an attraction for travelers whom are seeking a pleasant atmosphere to relax or conduct business. This is a membership club that offers a host of amenities.
WiFi, light snacks & refreshments.

Protip: if you are going to make a 45 minute phonecall at your normal talking voice, use the private phone room that is offered.
