I honestly can’t even begin to describe the gratitude I have for the employees at this Pandora store. I drove two hours from Charleston for the engraving service as it was the closest one to me, and it turns out their machine was down. When I say every employee was trying to make it work, I truly mean every one of the girls that was there at the time took their own shot at trying to fix it. I left and came back but it was still down. Eventually, the store manager offered to engrave the charm I wanted AND ship it to me for free. I got the package on the next business day and it was wrapped up beautifully. These girls went above and beyond for me even though the technological error was out of their control. 10/10, thank you, ladies!

The three of y’all that think these Ladies in the store Are racist need to grow up . Just because someone doesn’t speak to you doesn’t mean they’re racist Maybe your body language was off Maybe they did speak to you and you didn’t hear them and second of all if you really wanted to buy something you would have about it.,And PS I’m White and I have never been disrespected by any Of these fine ladies at the store. That's all
