My husband decided I needed an upgrade for our 11 Anniversary so I went into Jared’s ,
I was greeted by Carolyn and she was just an absolute pleasure , she pointed out some beautiful rings and I fell in love with a beautiful emerald cut Diamond . Then Mark the manager came over and we started talking about Asheville NC , I felt like I was visiting with friends not doing a purchase . It was such a great experience and I was lucky to get a 25% discount on my gorgeous ring 💍 I am so happy !!! Thank you Carolyn and Mark see you in 6 month for my cleaning

Jacob, Mark, and Tomo are the absolute best! They all had an hand in helping me find the best diamond and even went above and beyond in doing so. Everyone at this location is so wonderful. I had such an awful experience at a different jewelers and they worked so hard to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and in the price point I wanted. I am so grateful for those three and everyone else working at this location. They are so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made an awful experience a great one. Cannot recommend them enough!!!!!

Caroline was amazing. I spoke to her on the phone and asked about a ring I had looked at 3 years earlier, she called me back within minutes with some options. I went to the store after and just popped in and she was prepared and answered ALL of my questions. After about 30 min or so she found the perfect ring and diamond well within my budget! From greetings to thank you, I have never felt more comfortable making a purchase on the spot like we did. He wasn’t pushy, wasn’t over opinionated, great conversations during the buying process. Called for same day service on resizing my ring. The quality, service and care provided by them was outstanding. Resized from a 7 to a 6 and the fit is amazingly comfortable and won't worry about it falling off.

My wife and I were in Savannah on a mini vacation and I stopped in here looking for a new chain and pendant. First off upon entering we were immediately approached as expected. After I said we were just looking we were left alone and not bothered again until we needed assistance.
Barbara offered to clean my wife’s rings out of nowhere which was a nice gesture.
I ended up buying a new chain and watch and I was happy with my experience here. No one was pushy whatsoever and we were given space to look on our own. Barbara was nice to work with and was very professional.

We were shopping around for a setting upgrade for my wedding set. We first went to IDC and the customer service was horrible. Our last stop was Jared and I am so HAPPY we decided to stop. The customer service that Tracy & Miriam gave was fantastic!!! Tracy helped me see a vision of my ring that I just couldn't see without my original diamond in the setting. I really didn't know what I was going to do with my diamond bands from my original wedding ring and Miriam suggested making earrings. OMG, what a fantastic idea. Not only did I get the most fabulous setting but I got earrings as well. I can honestly say that this will be my only jewelry store I will go to. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! haha

Me and fiancé John just went here this past week and we’re promptly greeted by John(weird coincidence) who helped us out tremendously! He asked us questions to make sure we got the exact engagement ring that fit our budget and style! John was so helpful yet also very quick with helping us out. He showed us many different styles and different diamonds but didn’t hesitate to show us other options that fit our style yet stayed in our budget! Like I said, he made sure that we were under our budget while still setting us up with a beautiful engagement ring! You can tell this man really loves his job and cares about the ring that you will have for the rest of your life and wants to make the experience of picking it out the best! If you head to Jared make sure John is there because he was very personable and will make sure you get exactly what you want! I truly do not regret going here because I am absolutely obsessed with my engagement ring and am so glad I get to wear it for the rest of my life thanks to John’s help!!

We had a wonderful experience! They repaired the detailed work of my ring that no one would touch due to the complexity and working with Platinum. There master jeweler went out of his way to make it perfect. The customer service and communication was amazing. Barbara was a joy to work with and managed the whole project for me. I recommend them 100%!

We went in to Jared not quite sure if we were going to buy my wife her 35th anniversary present there. Then comes along Jared Enge, he was very attentjve, asked the right questions and was the epitome of great customer sevice. We ended up getting wife the ring of her dreams. The overall experience was A+.

Jared has excellent Customer Service from the Savannah Ga store. Adrian and Barbara are outstanding Customer Representatives for Jared. They clearly explained Jared's policy of the watch batteries replacement service that I came in for. I would highly recommend Jared Savannah GA store to all my friends and family .

Jacob has been heaven sent. I was distraught over my ring not arriving on time but he went above and beyond and called me after hours to let me know my ring was arriving ! He even contacted customer service to try and expedite the arrival. I am so thankful, both myself and my fiancé will definitely recommend Jared and of course Jacob .. it should be called Jacobs galleria of jewelry !
