She was very attentive to our needs and at no time did she pressure us to buy until we decided on our own. She also mentioned a Military discount that I had no idea was available. I had an excellent experience at the Diamond Center. I had jewelry cleaned and I purchased several pieces. I also sold some coins and old jewelry and they were fair, friendly and efficient. I worked mainly with Stephen who was great and Alex also helped me. The prices are good and I recommend the place highly.

Walked into the Savannah store twice and had a wonderful experience!!! Blake and Alex were phenomenal. Blake sat us down and really walked us through all the options and different directions to go. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, but Blake helped narrow down everything for me. He really impressed me with his skills and honesty in picking every detail out. He even got a band and diamond to let me try on. Super personal and respectful.100% recommend.

I live about an hour away from IDC. I was able to talk with a fantastic sales lady by the name of Madeline. She went out of her way to help me over the phone. After so many attempts to help, I finally decided to go into the store. That's when I met Sibyl! She was amazing! She was able to make my purchase as smooth as possible! Her personality! Knowledgeable and friendly service. I went in to buy an anniversary gift and ended up knocking out her birthday too 😃. I would recommend them to anyone looking for something special for someone special. They are known for diamonds (hence the name) but they also have great estate jewelry too, which is what I spent my money on. Just as good if not better than the new, and usually less expensive.

Blake was absolutely amazing! We shopped around for wedding bands at a few different jewelry stores in Savannah but we came back to IDC! Madeline was phenomenal at the IDC in Savannah!
She was kind, caring, and responsive to my needs from the very moment I walked in. She quickly learned what I was searching for and was spot-on in her choices she presented to me. She nailed it! After thinking about the choices thoroughly, I came back 2 days later to make the final purchase. I was very fortunate to have her be the one to help me. It was meant to be.
