Angie B was fantastic to work with. She was attentive without being pushy or hovering. Very pleased with our purchase. Also very impressed with the selection and prices at Value City. Much more of a selection and variety than other furniture stores in the area.

We had a Rep Amanda that was very polite and helpful. She gave us time to look around and checked on my husband and I as we viewed the furniture. Which anyone who has furniture shopped in Furniture Stores know this can take some time. Amanda was patient and helpful. VCF has a great selection, reasonable prices and quick delivery time.

Angie B was a very good salesperson. She was not pushy and worked with us to get the perfect recliners we wanted. We were concerned about the color coordinating with our couch and loveseat. We are very satisfied with the color match.

I had a wonderful experience with Value City! They were very helpful and prompt. My custom couch came in 3 months, 4 was promised, my custom chairs were promised in 6 months and were right on time! I bought the complete Nest for my grandbaby and she loves it! We’ve discovered if you want a deeper seat or more room laying down just take off the back cushion . My chair and a half coordinating Boucle’ fabric chairs are perfect! I was worried about them being too big and sticking out too far so I ordered a shallower seat and they’re perfect! I know a smaller leather chair would be more stylish but the fact is no one in my family would use them or like them! We’re a big, comfortable, comfy chair kind of family and typically have couples sharing them! Julie was INCREDIBLE throughout the ENTIRE process! She even replied to me when she was on vacation! Delivery was seamless! The delivery window was 12:45-3:45, I received a call and text at 12:25 stating they would arrive in 15 minutes! Thank you Value City!

I highly recommend Value City Furniture. We stopped in to browse one day, but after speaking with the associates we realized that this furniture fit our needs at the right price and was of high quality, so we couldn't pass it up. We couldn't be happier with our new furniture! Now I can't get rid of the ugly chair my husband was holding on to!

We needed a quality bedroom set to be delivered in 4 days to accommodate out of town guests. We were fortunate enough to get Skyler Cuquet as our sales rep. He showed us 4-5 bedroom sets that were perfect for our needs. He also did the same with mattresses. He was very knowledgeable, professional and catered to our wishes. He quickly filled out the order form as we walked. It literally took a us a few minutes to check out. Thank you for helping us get the perfect bedroom set and mattress.

My purchase hasn’t been delivered yet but I wanted to compliment my sales person, Angela Bonanno. It was such a pleasure working with her. She’s very knowledgeable and has an awesome personality. My daughter and granddaughter were quite taken with her also!

We had a great experience here! Jeff was our sales representative and it was a super easy process buying our sectional. Our delivery is already set up for less than two weeks away! Will be back and would recommend buying furniture here!

Shipment was quick and efficient. The set up of my mattress and the base was done beautifully. I’m very happy i chose value city for my bed and sofa. I would recommend them to anyone who just recently moved into the area and want quality products!

Our first stop furniture shopping was at VCF. We were pleasantly greeted by Jan Lesky when we arrived, and were pleased to have her with us as we toured the showroom. She was so knowledgeable on all the products! We continued to visit no fewer than ten more furniture stores looking for a sectional that would fit our family of five comfortably. During this time, Jan was so incredibly helpful and patient as I would email her for dimensions, availability and quotes over the next month! When we went back to purchase our sectional the process was seamless, and it was delivered to our home in less than a week!

Went in looking for a couch, and the salesman Jeff C. Was super professional, super nice, didn't pressure us into anything. We were able to get the couch we liked from a salesman who was very courteous. Will definitely be buying from him again.
