Taki Japanese Steakhouse

We came in for lunch right as they opened. Very friendly staff, from greater to servers. We had calamari appetizer and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked and seemed fresh. Then my wife had the angel roll (best of what we ordered) and o had the American dream and spicy salmon. The dream was ok but not great and I'll skip spicy salmon next time. Overall everything seemed very fresh and tasted great.

Came by to have lunch with coworkers. It was a Thursday and it wasn't busy at all. I think this was the third or fourth time coming for lunch. The edamame appetizer was great. Everyone else had hibachi, and really enjoyed it. I had the Sushi A with a spicy tuna roll. The presentation was awesome, everything tasted great, and was very filling. Definitely recommend and would come back again. What you get for the price is great.

Been coming here for years and never disappoints. Friday night and we were seated in 5 minutes. Great service and food either go for the hibachi experience but we chose to sit at a table for sushi. Sushi boat was great but the Hawaiian tuna appetizer was tasty but very small even for one person. If it’s your birthday they brought out a free desert with a nice birthday song to go along with it 😀save room for the fried ice cream.

3rd time at this restaurant and they are consistent!! Enjoyed the food, drinks, service and the cooks are fun and engaging!! Get the almond crushed salmon!!! Yummy!!

Excellent hibachi! The scallops were cooked perfectly and the filet was tender. Our chef was great and joked around; it made for a fun evening. Large dinner portions; someone at the table ordered shrimp, extra was cooked and the chef gave it to anyone at the table that wanted it. We went on a Monday around 7 PM and were seated immediately!

Easily one of the best Japanese steakhouses in the perimeter. Casual dining with generous portions and the price point matches the portion size.

I had their sushi for the first time and it was tasty as well. Friendly waitstaff, clean and kid friendly environment.

Parking is free.

Honestly I love it here. Anita is always my server and she’s the best! I think everyone knows me already because I come a lot. Their crazy rolls are AMAZING! I love how they take their time to prepare it and it just looks like they care. Feels like it too! If you ever do come try the crazy rolls & ask for Anita 😬😬😬 I will always come here for my sushi!

Great sushi. Very good service. Out party of eight was seated quickly. Parking was plenty. They were able to serve us food from the hibachi menu as we were there mainly for sushi. We had tried a wide variety and they did not disappoint. Loved it.

Stopped by tonight with the family for Hibachi dinner and sushi. Restaurant is really nice and clean. Sushi was delicious and fresh. Hibachi chef was very friendly and courteous, he cooked our food perfectly. He even gave us extra! Food was very good, best hibachi in the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area. Prices were normal conserving the food/area and quality. Overall a very good experience and will be back!

One of the best hibachis I have had. Very clean place and fast service.

The staff here are extremely friendly and make it enjoyable for all ages (kids and adults!)

The portions here are also extremely filling. I ordered the filet and chicken. The filet could have used some more seasoning but the chicken was really good.

Dinner was great !!! From the entering to the exit . Host greeted us . Servicer Gabe and Chef Nino was top notch . I have to Taki a few times before and every time it’s been a great experience. Yes I’ll be back and I’ll take pictures lol . @frecklefaceyaya

Our server Joy was a true delight! We ordered Tuna Tataki with a Sriracha Aioli and Ponzu, Salmon Avocado Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Fried Calamari it was amazing.
Our drinks were good too. Cosmo was refreshing!! MANGO Margarita was awesome. Five 🌟

We arrived at the opening of lunch and was seated. The cook was very active and fun. Food was great and delicious, drinks (sodas and ice tea) was flowing. Server's were going around to make sure everything was okay.

I visited for lunch and did table service instead of grill, so dinner or grill experience may vary. The food is delicious, the prices are low, the service is great. The environment is calm and quiet easy to communicate and they have plenty of space for groups. I would highly recommend, the location is easy to find and get to and the staff is friendly and happy to serve you. Absolute must try if you enjoy Asian food at all.

The food was excellent! Not to mention was beautifully plated. Furthermore, the ambience was very welcoming and mellow! Nice music choice, somewhat upbeat but no overpowering.

Yes, the food was delicious and it was so fresh. They cooked it right beer so if you’re looking for a good restaurant that you can eat audio food and eat, you must go.

One word: Kevin. I’m not sure what his background is but I’ve never met a more punctual, communicative and kind server in my life. Our last few visits here weren’t good and we were worried we’d have to stop coming (my fav place), so it was relief when Kevin knocked it out the park! Y’all better request him and tip him well!

I have to say. The food was good, the service was good, the prices were good for the amount of food you receive and that atmosphere was very nice. What can I say. Taki Japanese Steakhouse is a nice restaurant for any occasion.

Ordered via uber eats randomly one night because I was craving rice. I got the King of the Sea and it was an unexpectedly amazing meal. Everything from the lobster tail to the garlic butter sauce was packed super well. Lots of great flavor on the spinach and the seafood so there was no need to drench it in sauce. I will definitely order from here again. Shortly after I came in person and the experience was just as nice.
