I needed to purchase a tag. When I called they said you have to have an appointment first before you can purchase a tag. I called on a Friday and got an appointment for the following Wednesday. Because of Covid I worn a mask inside. I'm not sure it's mandatory but I choose to wear a mask as did others working and visiting. When you check in you are giving a number. I did not have to wait a long time to be called. It was a quick visit because I had all the information needed to purchase a tag. I suggest you call ahead to make sure you have an appointment because you will not be seen without one. I will say my visit was a positive experience.

Clean and up to date on all levels of owning a auto and buying a license plate for any vehicle made.

I had a great experience in the numerous times I have worked with the fine folks at Hall County Government Center. I have particularly worked with their permits department the most. They were very helpful when I needed a permit pulled and were very timely and professional. I have also worked with planning and zoning, as well as the environmental departments, and had great experiences working with both of these departments as well.

County and employees are extremely helpful during my visit.

I may have small diagreement with some policies and procedures, but overal i feel we get great value for our tax dollars.

I stopped by here after picking up a police report from Hall County Sheriff's Office. I was informed that the Human Resource Department was located on the second floor. Since I'm actively seeking a profitable job & currently have issues attaining a letter of separation from my previous employers, I thought this would be a place where I can be pointed in the right direction. The front desk who came out & spoke to me had mentioned that they only cater to Government workers not regular employees. I used their computer to research legal matters regarding my rights as an employee.

Long wait time for tag services. No seating, no one asks if you need help to make sure your in the right spot.

Literally the worst people to deal with ! They need to find better people to work in planning and permits !!!
