It is Monday 9:08 AM. No one answering the phone. Lord I pay them enough money.

I purchased homeowner's insurance for $800 and paid in full. About month later I got a bill for another $600. They wanted $1,400 total. I canceled my policy and they charged me $168 for the first month. I explained that I had canceled because they were charging almost double of the original quote.
I spoke with several managers and they refused to give me a refund.
I then contacted better business bureau. Within a day Ga underwriters had decided to provide a refund but I had to tell better business bureau that the issue had been resolved.
I received a check from Ga underwriters and deposited it. The CHECK from Ga underwriters BOUNCED! And my bank charged me $12 for the bounced check. Horrible company!

This is the worst Ins Co I have ever dealt with. They give you bare minimal coverage with high deductible. They only cover the home and barely the contents. When you have to file a claim, they drag their feet and make it to their discretion on whether to cover it or not! I can't wait to get away from such a poorly managed Ins Co.

If you're thinking of getting insurance through here, don't. They have a high turn down rate. I have them but will be changing companies after I get the claim I currently have going resolved. First I was turned down, then I was low balled.
