AT&T Store

Maliyah was very helpful looking to an issue I had. She was not working the day we came back and I was a little hesitant but her supervisor and CC helped us get our new phones set up. No fuss, no muss. Very nice, personable, knowledgable and professional. Was a pleasure. 😃

Staff knew exactly what to do to resolve my issue. Excellent service. Took less than 5 minutes. Thank You!

I was having issues with my phone it would not charge properly and Libby, cross, and maliylh ( I really hope I spelled that right lol) helped me even tho I wasn’t there to buy anything. I needed my phone to be on because I was on call. This is a great example of extremely good customer service and should be the example for all employees

There was just one employee in the store, so I had to wait until she was done with the other customer. But overall Lilly was very friendly and provided the best support possible to resolve my issue.

I was in to get a new phone and Libby was in the store by her self and handled everything and everyone in such an amazing manner! She was so helpful and got us in and out!

I had a bad experience in an ATT store in December. I had a completely different experience when I worked with Libby and Cheyenne! They both were very friendly and helpful. Both answered all my questions and walked me through the entire visit. I was very happy with the visit!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. They were all friendly and helpful. Libby L. was extremely knowledgeable and quickly resolved several issues I was having. She took her time with me and patiently explained things as she walked me through setting up my new phone. I highly recommend this location and especially Libby L.

Krystal was very helpful on getting me an upgrade. Was very good that she spoke Spanish & was knowledgeable on the upgrading process & explained all the information clearly. Krystal was the only employee at the store when I came in, & while she was assisting me , 3 more customers came in & she did a very good job on handling all the customers being alone! Will definitely be looking for her whenever I need help with my account! Store was very clean, Employee wore masks, & customer service was great overall !

Needed a new phone fast. The staff provided options and upgrades that made it simple. Between selecting a phone and transferring all the photos and contacts it was done quickly. Can't say enough about the experience from a customer service standpoint. This was especially important because it was late in the day and we were in need of the phone for this evening. Thanks to both employees for a stellar job.

Buying a new phone was a lot easier this time with the help of Tavarus (sales rep). He was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped with backing up my old phone and transferring data to my new phone.

Best ATT store! I have had to go several times recently for different reasons and everyone I have worked with has been fantastic! Even when some issues have taken a while to figure out, they have been patient and helpful! The manager Hayden has been great and both Briana and Ryann were so awesome! I will not go to any other ATT store! I have been to several others and typically leave frustrated. That has never happened here! Thanks for everything and being so great!!!

Today I had to go to this AT&T store for a very sensitive issue. I had lost someone very dear to me recently and I had a question about a bill that I had received within the past couple of days. After talking with one employee who wasn't sure how to handle my specific situation, I was directed to Anastassia!! My situation was highly sensitive and she handled it like a PRO! She was kind, compassionate and professional in her desire to handle this stressful situation for me. I cannot recommend her enough!! AT&T is lucky to have such a caring and capable employee like Anastassia!! Thank you for resolving this for me in such a kind and caring way! I cannot tell you how much that means to me.

Libby was so great to work with. She made the transition to AT&T so smooth for us. She got us everything we wanted and needed when it came to trade ins, new phones, service and accessories. She made the process so easy, quick and enjoyable.

Matt Garcia was very pleasant. Very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond. I highly recommend people ask for him. This type of customer service is hard to find. He is definitely a great asset to AT&T and that location.
