He is knowledgeable about the communities, the process, and even the builders if you are looking for new construction. We met Mr. Bradford Page 6 years ago when we would move to Savannah, GA. He was very attentive and professional without greed interest. We bought our house in forecloser because his efforts to help us to buy a nice house in a good neighborhood.
Now, last July/2018, we called him again to put our house in the market. It was a very professional experience to work with him and his team to do a very good business. His Ingerior Designer gave us good advice to clean and declutter the home and Professional Photographer took amazing pictures of our home totally updated.
After more than 1,500 views in the Zillow alone and 30 showings in one month we sild the house for the appraisal amount Mr. Page gave us.

My Agent was Andra Steele I came from Flint Michigan. Andra told me that Hinesville has everything that I need which was the first lie. Everything I need is at least an hour away Sam's Club, Macy's a simple Mall. The day after I sold my home in Flint Michigan I found out that the PROPERTY TAXES ON MY HOME IN GEORGIA ARE GOING TO BE 415.OO A MONTH !!! She said she did not know anything about that REALLY ???? That was a surprise and a shocker, another surprise was the 250.00 membership fee for the HOA at the closing which she never told me about and I had told her I did not want any more surprises and she sit there and said " there is always a membership fee with an HOA " So I guess I was supposed to know that when I have never paid any HOA FEES. What really has me madder then hell is that Andra did not inform me that my newly built house was not set up for WI-FI and I can not get it until sometime in 2024. I closed on my home November 13th and I should have known this WAY BEFORE I LEFT MICHIGAN. CLEARLY SHE WAS LOOKING AT DOLLAR SIGNS because there is NO WAY IN HELL I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS HOUSE KNOWING I WOULD NOT HAVE WIFI. I not like being deceived, I tried telling her what an inconvenience this is how Comcast said the Builders and the agent knew that a new built house does not have WIFI and she started YELLING AT ME ABOUT HOW SHE IS SICK AND TIRED OF PEOPLE SLANDERING HER NAME. I never mention her name until now, but her yelling at me WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL and uncalled for. Do not use her as your agent she has quick temper and once she gets mad she will not return your phone to offer any assistance it's all about the money and she will never make another dime off of me. I am not a happy about this move at all thanks to Andra.

If I could give a negative star about the poor, unethical, unprofessional services received from this firm and their realtor-Sharon Miller, I would. Sharon Miller was fired within 72 hours. You sign an exclusive brokerage agreement and after performing poorly, they make it impossible to get out of the contract even when the realtor stops working 72 hours into a 9 months build project. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with any realtor in this company or USE their services. They are more about making a commission than doing any work. Once they lock you into an agreement, they will stop working and there's nothing you can do but be stuck with an perfunct realtor waiting on a commission.
