National Car Rental

I've been using National for years and have always had a top notch experience. This trip to Atlanta, I was checked out by Alexis. She was professional, courteous, friendly and prompt. And she was very well dressed. My check in was extremely early in the morning. Despite that, Kaleb was cheerful and welcoming. I had an slight issue with the car (low tire pressure) and Kaleb took corrective action immediately. Well done National as always.

This is one of the best car rental agencies. Customer service is good online and face to face. I love the pick your vehicle choice. Easy in and easy out. Points are great especially redeeming them. Always my choice when they are available.

I recently used National for a rental to and from Atlanta International Airport. As always with this rental company the process was simple because I can use their Emerald Aisle service which let's me skip the counter and go directly to the lot. The car itself was spotless and performed perfectly. Return was also without complications. I have used national for decades for all my business and leisure travel, and I highly recommend them.

This was my first time running a car through National. I signed up as a member prior to renting. This was the easiest, non complicated renting experience that I have ever used. I will never ever use a different company. National is definitely the way to go. You can pick your own car also. You don't have to even go to the customer service desk.

I have been renting from National for the past few weeks for business travel and the service has been superb. The process has been smooth and quick. The vehicles have been clean and with low mileage. I had to exchange a vehicle once due to mechanical issues and the process was quick and hassle free. I plan to make National my rental car choice more frequently in the future.

As a first time emerald club member, this was a phenomenal experience. I had issues finding that the car that I reserved and after walking around for a bit the manager came out to assist me and brought me a beautiful red Audi! I was thrilled, though, on the last day of my rental, the car did show a system malfunction, but the Car Rental company took care of everything without any issue, and their customer support team was amazing! It may have been a small hiccup, but I will surely be back due to the care of the employees and how they handled me in my situation!

I had a great experience with National Car Rental. They have always helped me in my time of need. I especially want to thank Khayla from the National in Atlanta as she was able to help me with a smooth transition of keeping me in the same rental and renewing my contract. Her customer service was impeccable. Hands down this is the best Car Rental service that I have experienced.

I recently rented a car from National at Hartsfield Jacksonand had a fantastic experience. The reservation process was seamless, and the staff at the pickup location were friendly and helpful. There was a slight wait but the staff was more than accommodating ( Chivas, Brian, and Jaylon) Returning the car was just as easy, with efficient service and no hidden fees the attendant who received the rental from me was excellent as well. Overall, I highly recommend National for their excellent service and hassle-free experience."

Always a very good selection of cars, fast pickup and drop off process as well as friendly associates as well as mangers to greet you and answer (resolve) any concerns. I especially appreciate not having to stand in very long line like the other rental companies at Hartsfield Airport!

Alexis at National in the Atlanta airport went above and beyond to help me secure a car last minute when my other rental fell through. She provided friendly customer service and even remembered me from previous travels. I was very impressed with her exceptional service.

Renting from National is a totally different experience than renting from any other rental company, whether the airport is large or small (It is especially nice at large airports) At large airports, picking up your car literally takes seconds, and return is the same. At smaller airports, there is occasionally a short line, but it is usually a brief wait, and return is seamless. I'm so happy we found National (and Emerald Club) a few years ago. We never rent from anyone else unless it is a small airport where they don't have a presence

This is my second time using National Car Rental at the Atlanta Airport. Once again it was a seamless experience with no complaints. Anthony, my representative who checked my car in upon return, was eager in making sure I was satisfied with my experience and you can tell he cares about making sure everyone leaves with no complaints. I so appreciate the care put into making sure customers actually had a good experience, it is not something you find often these days. I will definitely be using National as my first choice for when I'm back in Atlanta.

As usual, had a wonderful experience renting a car for my business trip. When I returned it and was stressed from running a little late (close to flight time), Alyssa was so very nice! She helped to ensure I continued to have an exceptional customer experience with National! She was great!

I flew into town to look around for places to relocate and I went to get my car and noticed that everything in the emerald row was kinda small.(I’m a big guy) so I walked over to ask what the process was to upgrade, and I was met by Alicia‘a welcoming smile. She was very courteous and offered me an upgrade. It was very nice to see people still have customer service and it was a great feeling to see this in the location I soon plan to call home. Tiffany at checkout was also very nice. She was very down to earth. It was like talking to one of my aunts! Both are great assets!

Great experience. Your employees did a great job taking care of me. When I arrived at ATL rental area I was greeted and provide the keys to the luxury car I rented(I did not get her name but the young lady did a good job. Upon my return RT greeted me, was very nice, handled my return quickly and efficiently. She did a great job! Keep it up people notice and appreciate your hard work.

When I travel, it is always good to know that National will be there when I land. Easy to navigate and have new cars that are clean. If you land at Atlanta Hartsfield and have the privilege to get checked out by Alexis, consider yourself blessed. The best customer service hands down; she actually remembers repeat customers.💜

National is by far the easiest, most convenient, and friendliest rental car company I've used. The cars area always clean, they have a very efficient pick up/drop off routine, and the associates are always helpful and nice. I highly recommend if you want a stress free experience and want to work with a company you can trust.

Perfect rental experience!

Joined the Emerald Club & prebooked.

Once at the rental center, skipped the counter and went straight to the garage to pick a car from the Emerald aisle. I asked for a toddler seat which was brought out to me in 2 min.

Drove off and upon return, all I had to do was pull up to the drop off area and leave the keys in the car.

Was emailed my receipt and my experience was complete.

Quick, easy, hassle-free.

I was able to pick up an almost new Jeep Cherokee and the ride was very smooth and comfortable. Very easy to check out and very simple when I returned. AJ was the rep that checked me out upon my rental return and he did his quick check over of the car and I was gone in less than a minute.
