Plato's Closet Greenfield

I’ve been to multiple different Plato’s to sell things and this one by far has the nicest employees.

Mari was an absolute ray of sunshine in our day. She was so sweet and kind, making checkout and a hard day so much better. Julieona was also super helpful and even called me to confirm that certain pieces of clothing that I was selling were mine. The women working there were all very friendly:)

This store is super organized, clean, & and has a huge selection to shop. The new owner is so nice! You can definitely feel the difference when you visit.

I went there today the two girls working there was very friendly and helpful. I bought stuff and also dropped off items .. they have great stuff there my 14 year old daughter loves shopping here. The prices are good.. They took a few pairs of my jeans that I dropped off, I did not get much for them but I understand they have to make money too plus something is better than nothing , the rest are going to goodwill. My overall experience was great!

I have experience buying and selling at this store multiple times and I’m overall pretty impressed. They always seem to take a decent amount of clothes, they honestly don’t give you a TON of money for them, but I’d rather get a little less from them and not have to of do all the work of selling online. I always find cute, trendy clothes when I come here and the staff is usually pretty friendly. I love the concept of this store and it really takes the annoyance out of consignment shopping.

Best thrift store ever. goodwill prices for name brand stuff. I can't believe people are rating this place one star just because they wouldn't buy your stuff. The reason might be because they have so much clothes in their inventory they need to get rid of some. I'm sure more people come in to sell than to buy. It's called supply and demand. Anyways, I thought this place was awesome. Similar to retail stores but with hundreds of choices and very reasonably priced. Most of the stuff I purchased was 15 bucks and I bought expensive jackets and shoes.

I went shopping here during their clearance event this past weekend. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the register, a duplicate charge occurred on my card. The woman at the counter did state this was a possibility and asked that I keep an eye out for a duplicate charge. When it posted on my account, I called the store and spoke with Brittany. Not only did she help me get the charge refunded, but she treated me with such kindness and respect. I was so pleased with the amazing customer service from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!

Always friendly and inviting. I’m male and mostly females in the store when I come in. I look primarily for shoes. Never had bad experience. Seems these ppl leaving reviews expecting red carpet to roll out upon entry. Store works for me.

Clothes are a great price for the money. Also selling is easy and convenient. Made some good cash taking my stuff in. Fast and friendly service. Go see there new location across from southridge. They are located by the dollar store and old country buffet. Go stop by for the latest fashion wear on a budget. Some things are even new with tags. Better then the mall and more variety. Love this store

Great experience. Personally, my first time there. My son loves to buy shoes there with great pricing. Friendly service. For those being negative, expect the same attitude you give.

This place is friendly, fair, and fun. No one has a glum attitude or has been negative towards me one time and the staff is awesome. Heres the deal..if you take care of your clothing and want the best possible dollar on your stuff... come here. If your looking for fantastic prices and continued shopping rewards... come here. If your trying to sell cloths from the 90's or stuff so worn out you dont know their original color...donate them to charity or throw them away! Its only fair any store sells you the best quality in style items possible .

I love this store they have a bunch of cute stuff for a good price! I have so many things from here that I wear all the time. I also love how the store smells and the employees are always super nice :)

I love shopping Platos Closet! Everything is well organized making it easy to shop for what I’m looking for. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, a stop in may turn into a shopping spree, but your saving great money for well kept clothes, I’ll always shop Platos!

Plato’s Closet Greenfield is a great place to buy and sell clothes. I really like Plato’s Closet new location in Greenfield. The store is managed well and very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews, I've been going here literally for years and have never had a problem. I've gone to other Plato's and this one seems to have the best selection. Although they are quite picky with clothes they buy, but I wouldn't consider that a bad thing.

Haven't been here in a while...forgot what a bargain for high end items..UGGs . True Religion. Pink( a whole wall) I walked out with the cutest romper..came back for the RED KATE SPADE!Shein Body Jewelry was a bonus! I had been watching this bag on ebay for 150! Half the price here..I will be back..

There was this amazing Blondie there, I’m pretty sure her name was benalee... no kenalee..... no no shenalee........ wait I meant jenalee. Sups cute and nice and cool and dope. Really helped me out with what clothes I should buy, she is totes a fashionista!!💅🥰

I found this store extremely friendly, and full of inventory and a clean store! The employees were friendly and I especially enjoyed the many smiles! I was a fan favorite of their employee Jenalee!

Great staff and great store! Definitely get your moneys worth, and the layout of the store is very easy to get around. I will definitely be going back!
