The vanilla and cinnamon are the best of the best out there and worth paying a bit more. Soup bases are tasty and Sunny Paris is a great seasoning for pasta salads, eggs and just about everything else. With the promotions you can try new spices, sandwich sprinkles, etc for just a $1, so no guilt if you don't use often. Sales associates are kind. Taylor is a great new addition and is super personable. Variety is the spice of life so head to Penzeys often.

I’ve enjoyed my online ordering experiences at Penzey’s. I recently moved so I needed to restock on some essentials, but found so much extra to try out. Their product goes well on all foods, frozen or fresh.

The employees are always friendly when I go in to pick up my order! As far as their politics go, I don’t mind it at all, and their extra stickers are great. Service and quality of product speaks for itself!

Very friendly staff and nice store layout. Be sure to sign up for emails so you get their awesome promo deals in your inbox. Just a heads up, the emails often contain commentary on current politics, which certainly doesn't bother me, but it might be a bit much for those who lean a little differently. Still, keep those emails and scroll to the deals. They have so many deals all the time, it's hard for me because I've run out of cabinet space. I wish they sold their Bold Taco Seasoning in half-gallon jugs. It's a favorite.
Anyway, this location in Greenfield is always well-kept and organized with very friendly staff that always greet you and ask if you need help or have questions.

If you like to cook, you need to come to Penzeys! I always stock up on basics, like baking spices (especially their cinnamon!) and chili powder here, but we love their blends too, and always have Sandwich Sprinkle and Pasta Sprinkle and pizza seasoning on hand. There are always friendly ladies to help you find what you need in store, but curbside pickup is a convenient option too.

Love the spice selection and taking advantage of the coupon offers in my emails is an added bonus!

Absolutely love Penzeys, the spices are far superior to those found at the grocery store and the selection is massive. For the last year they have been pick-up only, which is still very convenient. Just be sure to show up at the time you said you would as the orders are simply set outside the shop door. So give them a call if you're running late so your order isn't just sitting outside. DEFINITELY sign up for their email list as there are great sales and offers constantly :)

My go to place for a variety of spices. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I simply love this place.

The shop always smells amazing and the folks are friendly. They carry lots of difficult to find whole chilies and blends that take everything up a notch. There is so much free stuff on the email list too. I always leave with more than I came in for but find something new to try each time.

Huge selection of spices and extracts, and a good variety of blends, savory or sweet! The employees are super helpful and always know exactly what I'm looking for. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to spice things up, pun intended!

They have a huge and neatly arranged assortment of fresh spices from around the world. Did I mention their spices are FRESH? Try Pezeys, you'll never buy grocery store spices ever again. What a difference! Wish this place had a motorized cart. I want to shop longer, would buy more stuff but have to leave because my back is killing me.

An incredible diversity of spice options. Spice blends appropriate for whatever you want cook, and a large number of different salt free options. Each blend had a jar you can open so you can smell the spices and also had suggested food use. I appreciated that they had several spice blends with varying levels of heat. They also had a kid's table where my daughter was able to color while I shopped.

Penzey's has the best spices anywhere. I don't buy from the store ever, because I am spoiled by the quality of Penzey's products. It really helps to limit salt in my cooking. I love shopping there!

I went into the store I had a list I was on my oxygen tank I'll take two lists just stand over here by the counter and I'll get there everything you need and she did it would have taken me for about half an hour to find everything if not longer I really appreciate that lady she was one of the best clerks I ran into a thank you

The place to go for premium spices! Helpful, friendly sales staff. I am truly hooked... won't go to grocery store for spices anymore.

I love this place and Penzey's herbs and spices in particular. My only issue is that I have to go in with a list for specific items; otherwise, I can't get out without spending triple what I intended to. I've always been treated well by staff who I've found to be very helpful.

Wonderful shop-always well stocked, and a friendly, helpful staff. We appreciate the stance this company takes on pressing social issues - encouraging everyone to evaluate and vote their values this coming November.

The doors were closed due to covid, but I called and they accommodated my order. I was there for a gift and really appreciate being taken care of right away. My items were ready within a couple of minutes.

The spices are wonderful. The selection is great and they keep adding blends. The layout seems very logical to me. The service is always prompt and friendly.
