Amazing customer service and very friendly. There is no pressure with any up charges. Very clean and reliable vehicle.

Easy turn over. The entrance was not the best but it's crazy Miami so what can you expect. Just follow the signs and you can make it in one piece. I had a lost item and the guy at the window was polite and helpful even though we didn't find the item I lost. But I appreciate the time taken to search in the bin and system for the car. Will rent again.

Fast and easy return. There’s a sky train service available to take you to the airport. Keep in mind that this is a loop and you may have to go all the way to the end if you don’t find yours in the beginning like for ex. Avis

Had a GREAT experience returning my rental car today - Tiffany was just super helpful and a smiley friendly face in the morning that made my day - also including the complimentary ride she gave me to the airport so I didn’t need to take the shuttle - loved it- kudos to Hertz on this one

The vehicle and price were nice. However, when I went to pick the vehicle up, the agent had me wait in line a very long time because she helped two people, both of whom had problems/issues. One couple didn't have a reservation, which I did. When I approached her, she didn't apologize for the delay. Terrible customer service to someone who is ready and without issues. Not appreciative of my time.

The process of getting my rental was so fast because of the online reservation. Took skytrain to Enterprise from the airport, got to skip the line, walked to the lot where I was greeted by staff. We were able to choose any car from the lot that was assigned by staff. Car was clean and full of gas. As I was exiting there were drive through checkout bays which made the process so simple and fast. Would definitely recommend renting from this facility.

Went to Avis to trade out rental cars and spoke to Gerad. Very competent and customer friendly young man. He went above and beyond to accommodate a rental that met my wife's needs. My wife is very happy with this rental almost to happy.

Great experience overall. They could be a little more personable. Very short wait time and I was able to upgrade the car after seeing the one reserved. Return was simple and quick.

A little confusing to get to at first, depending on your rental car agency you may be around the loop. Drop off was easy, waiting for skytram was also easy. It added an additional 10-15 minutes to airport time but very reasonable compared to other rental drop offs at other airports

I always have an awesome experience when I pick up and return. I feel really bad because they always tell me their names and I say I'm going to mention it in my review but I get so busy and forget. I know Bianca in San Antonio was super helpful a few weeks ago. And a gentleman inside in San Antonio was especially nice and accommodating. I love using National and the Emerald Club is really a big deal!

The Rental Car Center at Hartsfield Atlanta Airport, I love it. It truly depends on what rental car agency you chose. Some are better than others in terms of wait time and car availability, even if you booked in advance. Please note that just because it's cheaper, doesn't mean it's better or even OK.

Great tental place. Staff are great but managers don't do their job. Mainly always have an issue with management. Especially with Golden Gate company. Disorganized. Takes forever to get your car. Employees don't speak English.

What can I say. They were on it! It was super early & they were friendly & protocol was quick.

Fast and fast. It's probably the most efficient car rental I've ever seen. They had an assortment of large, well maintained cars. Just walk up and drive off. This group has ot together.

Whatever you do Don't use hertz! Went there with a pre paid car to pick up for $400. Somehow when I dropped it off it was $1100. They said I did a upgrade and all kind of insurances that I didn't. Real scam . Customer service was absolutely worthless when I spoke to them.

Atlanta has this place down to a science! Fast easy clean professional they hit all of the major marks for a person who travels a lot. Good job ATL!

Do a good walk around of your rental car at initial pickup and do photos. And before you drop it off. At return they claim you put every nick and mark on a 30K mole rental car.

Drove in. The clerk checked the car and asked if there were any problems. She said thank you and I left. Extremely fast.

Easy process for returning rental car. My reservation time was 9 pm, which I almost missed due to traffic. I tried to call a few times to adjust my reservation thinking I might be charged for going over time but didn’t get an answer. I was concerned about my return, but there were plenty of people also returning their cars at that time, so it turned out not to be an issue.
