We would like to thank Jeff & Kelli for their hard work. Our son was in an accident & was injured. The insurance company wanted us to settle for a ridiculous amount. Thankfully our son just received his settlement & is very pleased with the amount. He is planning on building his first home now. I highly recommend them for injury cases.

Tyler was amazing the entire time explaining everything to me. TRUST ME YOU DO NOT WANT A BILLBOARD LAWYER. With those guys you almost never see the actual attorney. Tyler's attention to detail and his goal for ME to get what I deserved was amazing , plus he is cheaper than those Billboard guys , and trust me they dont get you as much as they tell you they do. My worker's comp case was serious but not a high-dollar category, as compared to auto injury cases. Mr. JD Blevins and the entire firm treated me like a million bucks.

After being attacked by a dog, I was really dreading dealing with an attorney. I was fortunate to meet Eric Roden who gave me wise and gentle advice. He always returned my calls immediately and patiently answered my many questions. I am very grateful to Roden Law for helping me through a painful situation and getting me the medical care that I needed. Eric clearly is someone who is interested in doing what is right for the client.

Long story short, I was in a car accident. Needed an atty. Hired one of the big name firms in town. Became a number to them. Never met with atty. Calls weren’t returned. The whole process was terrible. Parted ways with them and hired Roden Law as I still needed representation. Here’s what you need to know if you’re trying to make a decision.

Lawsuits take time. It’s important to like and trust the people that are fighting for you. It’s important to have faith that they are basing decisions on what’s best for you, not what’s best for them or what puts money in their pocket the fastest. It’s important to be treated like a person, not a number, it’s a long process and you need to like the people at the firm you choose. It’s important to feel comfortable telling your attorney extremely personal things. It’s important to know they have your back no matter what and that they’ll fight for you and your family. Roden Law embodies all of that.

After three years, they just wrapped up my case and I can honestly say that I’ll miss popping into the office on occasion to say hello. Every time I walked in or called I was immediately greeted by Charisma. She was always prepared, always greeted everyone with a smile, was quick to make sure I was comfortable, and she always asked about my family.

My numerous interactions with Jensen were always perfectly executed. From reminders of case events coming up, help with paperwork, getting documents together or organized, Jensen was always on the ball, and the work product was always done, and done right the first time.

As for my atty, Allison Marani, I can’t say enough good things about her. If you find you need an atty, she’s as sharp as they come, without the ego. If she’s unsure of something (which is rare) she finds out, and she’s not afraid to take the case where it needs to go. As a side note, after meeting with her, as well as Eric Roden in our first meeting, they were willing to help me file a case in small claims court pro bono if I chose. That to me, spoke volumes about their integrity. The people that work at this firm care about their clients and believe in what they’re doing.

Lawsuits suck. They’re deeply personal, Allison, Eric, Jensen, Charisma, and the team at Roden Law put me at ease from the first moment I walked in and every moment after. The big name atty that I parted ways with told me I’d be lucky to get $10k and never even reviewed the case. While I won’t say what I ended up with, I would advise you do yourself a favor. If you find yourself needing attys, hire the team at Roden Law. They’re sharp, fight hard for you, and they’ll treat you like family.

I was in my first car accident ever and I didn’t know much about the process of recovering from my injuries but Roden Law help me every step of the way. Through COVID-19 Kelly was able to still assist me in doctors appointments and other things throughout although I didn’t have any personal medical insurance. God forbid if I ever get in another accident but if I do I will call Roden Law first. Thank you!
