Very nice county park. The park was clean with easily accessible trails around each of the two lakes. They have a small beach area as well as an RV camping area. The two lakes are clean and both have fish. I certainly wouldn’t call it a fishing destination but if you enjoy fishing and not just catching it is a good place to practice. Keep in mind if you visit, this is a county park not a state park so if you are expecting your state park pass to work here it does not but the visit will be well worth the $5 entry/parking fee.

Very spacious park for families of all sizes to camp multiple nights or you can just visit for a day trip. They have a swimming area and also paddle boats for rent. We brought our kayaks and overall we had a good time.

Amazing we h8a family get together when i was a child back in the early 90s we stayed in the group cabin and this past weekend we all finally had time to get together again. The bunk rooms are comfy and the fishing pond was great. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone. Staff was helpful and friendly the park itself is soooo clean . Cant wait for our next trip

My family's personal go-to for a local escape and fun in the sun. Has lots of RV and camper spots and loads of everyday parking. The concession stand is nice and there are also a handful of pavilions for use and rent along the lake.

What a hidden gem of a park. We had electric and water which is expected from a county park. It was first come first serve as far as picking out a site. We lucked out as someone was leaving the biggest site (#27) there was there. Plus there was a water wheel and waterfall at the end of the site. The site was at least a couple hundred feet long. Plus there were branches etc available to collect for firewood. There is a nice lake to walk to.

The walking trails are very nice. Mostly tree covered and by the lakes. I went in the fall, so it was pleasantly quiet and relaxing. I only walked the trails so cannot comment on the camping. It is great that it is dog friendly (on leash required).

Very Nice peaceful lake! Make sure you are watching your children or persons who may not know how to swim as there is no lifeguard on duty! Paddle boats are $3 per person for 30 minutes.

I had enjoyed my first time at this beach. Bathroom was clean, and so was the park. There was not many people when I went, which I was happy about because of the COVID-19 situation. Admission is only 5.00 per vehicle. Highly recommended if you are wanting to just go and relax in peace. Water was cooler the further I went out.

My favorite place to take my daughter on a little day trip getaway. We even have a fish tank at home that she puts tadpoles in that she collects their LOL. I love how clean the bathroom always is by the office also

Rented the Pavilion #2 for my daughter's baby shower.
With power, fan and screened, outside faucet, huge grill outside, near by bathrooms, parking close by, shade from trees, putt-putt golf right beside us and a Beautiful view of the lake. It was perfect, guests were amazed!

This is like a miniature Lake Lanier (without the boats). There is a man-made beach, picnics tables, facilities, and some walking trails around two small lakes.

It's a beautiful and beautifully maintained park. I love going and exploring. The little bridge over the waterfall is temporarily out but you can still experience the fall.
