My son Jude got to cash in his Christmas present today. He built his very own custom skate board and with the help of Damien, who was super helpful, picked out every single part himself. He also got a Vans Hoodie and some matching Vans pro skate shoes. Also, thanks to Dan Leonard for recommending the Vans shop at Oglethorpe Mall. The people working there were so excited to help Jude find everything.

I order my shoes off the van website and they were the wrong size by the time I relized it was past the 60day return policy.
My wedding is next week! I'm wearing my vans for my wedding so I REALLY needed this corrected. Also no one had the vans I order and they were not custom or anything so I was in a pickle!
He was fast with coming up with a solution to fix my problem

I came in to make a return and caught the tail end of a conversation between the manager and another customer; he was so friendly! Jordan was super friendly and helpful with me too. The return was quick, he made nice conversation, and he didn’t give me a hard time when I made a mistake in the payment return process. I’ll definitely be back. The store was super clean and well laid out too.

I called to see if they had an older pair a vans that I love (the C&L ERA 59 Blue/Paisley), but sadly they did not have it in stock. However, the employee who answered the phone was amazing. He was very casual, relaxed and respectful, and he knew exactly what shoe I was talking about. He also expressed his that he missed those shoes so much too, and thought that the new ERA 59s just aren't the same; what a great guy. Overall a very positive and uplifting experience, but sadly, no dice on the shoes.

Great staff, if you want probably the best experience you will ever have in a shoe store then go here, plus it's the only Vans store in Savannah with as many styles as you see online!

My daughter love this place she has to get shoes out of here or other Van store we go to out of town. This store they have a lot of nice stuff the employees was nice and helpful ... will be back
