Shelley Palmour - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been dealing with this insurance company for more than several years now and they have definitely been there helping us during bad times and are quick to respond when they are needed. I love the people who work here and I don't foresee ever switching. My family is an extremely faithful bunch to this insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who ever inquired.

Every time I call Shelly Palmour’s office most of the time I get Elizabeth or Tim and I have to say they are both phenomenal especially Elizabeth. She will go out of her way to take care of your needs. she’s always professional, HONEST, friendly. I really can’t say enough about her and the entire office. Let me tell you that Tim L Emmett is the best representative I could have asked for. Being 22 I'm trying to get my first car and insurance on my own. He never tried to up sale anything and helped me find the best rate. He always was honest and never took advantage of me not knowing what to do, etc. He is honest, hardworking, and really cares about the safety of you and your car being covered correctly for your best benefit. I wouldn't choose anyone else!
