Eric Jackson is such a wonderful person to have in the community. I don't even use State Farm but know Eric and called to ask him some insurance questions and he has been so helpful and patient. If he doesn't know the answer, he will find out. One suggestion he made saved us thousands of dollars. My First choice after 10 years! I’ve had vehicle changes, home insurance, business, claim needs, etc., and they remain my choice for all our insurance needs for many reasons. Anytime I call or have any questions via email, they are quick to respond, they genuinely demonstrate caring, they educate me when I make changes or have questions, they NEVER have made me feel rushed when I need help with something, and most of the time, we work everything out vial email or phone instead of having to go in-person. When I do show up in person, it is always a pleasant experience as well. It is so nice to work with people who actually care about the customer. I highly recommend them.
