I would like to terminate my contract and consul with Bell-Washington.

I understand you all are busy but after signing on with you all. I felt I have not received what was discussed on the initial phone call or the face to face interview. My girls was being abused by there mother back in December and all i was getting is that we don't have a court date yet, and as of today 05/17/2017 we still don't have a court date. My girls could have being badly injured or killed if it was for my sister who is a (2L), who got the ball rolling to get my girls out of that house on 12/28/2016. I still haven't received any final support from their mother, and she haven't seen them but once and in January.

Also it's very disturbing and heartbreaking to no i had a court date and didn't know about it or was i told by my repersentation. once again my sister who was a 2L was to one to tell me my case was dismissed as of 03//06/2016, and the date i received that new from her was 05/14/2017, and again not my representation. I have call this firm serval times since 05/14/2017, and have yet to received a call back. I went with my pockets instead of my referrals so as of 05/17/2017 i'm requesting to terminate our agreement.

Would not recommend their legal services, Ms. Shaw very rude! Argumentative and do not listen.

You get what you pay for!!! Horrible follow through. They never answer the phone. Basically just not a great experience.
