Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve been eating at this Zaxbys for years and it’s always been one of my favorites here. I had to leave a review for Mr. Jay & Ms. Leigh, I hope it serves them well. I had a problem with my order (very possibly my own mistake) and they were quick to replace my meal with no extra charge & smile. Every place has problems, we’re human. It’s how you handle them that makes a difference & they handled it very well.

Food & service was really spot on today. Brett did a great job and he should definitely get a raise. Best experience I’ve had in a long time!

This was better than I expect from Zaxby's. We were greeted politely by someone ready to be os service. The order was taken, and food was ready quickly. Everything was good.

Great salads!!!! The employees were so nice. Will eat there again. The place was very clean.

Busy as it was smiles were maintained and service was guaranteed! Patrons during this experience were not very helpful at disposing of trash. Thankfully staff were not far behind to clean up after.

We came with a large party of over 20 people for lunch. The staff did a very good job of getting our orders in a timely manner. The food came out served hot within a reasonable time for our party.
The bathrooms were clean, and the restaurant itself was clean.

Nice and clean. Good food and right near the campgrounds which is convenient. This is the only location I’ve been to that has a “customer experience host” (James)- Nice touch. He makes sure you have what you need without you worrying about waiting in line for extra condiments.

The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout our meal. There was an older gentleman cleaning tables and mopping the floors who checked on my family repeatedly to see if we needed more drinks or sauces. He was very kind and gracious. We had a large order but everything came out fresh and correct the first time.

Have had issues at this establishment every time I go. Swiping debit card twice and then not refunding total amount. Items missing from order. If going through drive thru check your food before you!

They did great. We had 2 buses full of rowdy teenagers for a football game. The staff got the kids in and out in a timely manner.

The older gentleman who worked there assisting customers went above and beyond to ensure everyone was pleased and enjoyed their food. He was extremely outstanding and personable with every guest who came in. Talk about above PAR, and an amazing human being. Thank you sir, and I WILL be back to say hello when I return to this location. Keep up the great attitude! 😄😀🙋‍♀🙏🎈

I love Zaxby's salads!!! The chicken bacon ranch fries are also my favorite. SECRET: If you love the flavor of Candy Apples , try Strawberry Dr. Pepper. You will LOVE IT!!!

James inside made me feel very welcome while I was dining in. Offered to get me extra dipping sauce and had a short conversation with him. Very nice man. I will definitely be back.

Light speed service and food, the charismatic cashier recalled my name and had held my food back off the counter when it came up during a brief bathroom trip

They deserve a 5 star rating!! For all my GLUTEN FREE friends out there, Josh took such good care of me! I got a grilled chicken breast that they nicely cut into strips so I could eat and drive and they were super sweet and let me pick any side sauce I desired! Not to mention the french fries are also okay to eat! I am one HAPPY not hungry CAMPER! Also, they were so nice and didn’t make me feel like i was putting them out. (My fellow GF friends know what I am talking about)

The older gentleman working here was so helpful and polite. We enjoyed talking to him just as much as we enjoyed the food.

The young man in there was dressed spiffy and I wanted to shake his hand and tell him he's going places.

Food and staff were much better here than when I dine in the Atlanta Metro Zaxby's.
