Great place to purchase gifts and hardware, friendly staff and large selection. Store is always clean and organized. Definitely one of the nicest Ace’s I’ve shopped!

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive especially on specialty items, but the edge over Big Box stores comes from their staff a bigger selection and knowledgeable staff. This store has helped me on several occasions on hard to solve problems with hardware and paints. This time they saved me when trying to find a stain for my hardwood deck. They stocked, for a contractor, a more desirable alternate brand that I would have ordered on-line....and since I was testing on such a small area, the lady helping me said I could bring it back if the color wasn’t right. Take that Big Box!!! Since moving to there new location, just north of Old Phoenix on GA44 a few months ago, the selection including local products and gift ideas seems larger and more organized. Great store!!!

I left my keys at the register while visiting Lake Oconee the manager, Virginia, was so hospitable and helpful I can't say enough about her customer service. Also the store was so nice and I was blown away at the merchandise they carry! Great store!!

I live Ace, but prices are a little pricey sometimes, but it is convenient when I need something. Service is amazing.

The store has everything. And I mean anything! This is not my favorite store. TJ Maxx used to be my favorite store. Although TJ Maxx has better prices on candles, the store definitely has unique candles. The staff is very helpful and they love dogs smile at dogs and give them treats. I've never had a bad experience here I love everything I buy

Looking for a new grill for my outdoor kitchen setup. The salesman was more that patient with my 100 questions. Even helped me compare features of two of the best floor models. Kind courteous service. Love this place!

Awesome staff, helpful but not pushy. They had all the plumbing supplies my project required, and all for a very reasonable price. The location saved my truck many miles, and saved me a ton of time by not having to drive to a big box store!

This is a great hardware store at Lake Oconer for all of your needs. But it also has a great supply of outdoor clothing, fishing gear, fishing clothes, and home decor as well. I always look forward to going here, even if it is just to browse. They also have an exceptional amount of grills, including Traeger and Big Green Eggs. You can also stock up on Yeti gear and pellets for your grills as well.

A little bit of everything at this HUGE Ace. A must stop if visiting Ritz @Lake Ocone!

I just love this hard ware store. They are always there asking to help. They have all your needs in stock for my handy man needs. Even offer some nice things for the ladies. Table settings to some jewelry! Love it!

They were very helpful and friendly. It was more than just your typical hardware store. They had lots of seasonal decorations , beautiful fall and Christmas items. They had a large number of souvenirs and decor items pertaining to Lake Oconee and UGA. The store was well organized and very clean.
