Good place to stay until it gets cold! Heat needs some tending to! Campground is laid out nicely. 2 swimming pools. Nice walking around. Staff very attentive. Store is one of the best stocked this late in the season. Nice beach down at the lake.

The best campsite I’ve ever been to. Great staff, plenty of activity’s for the kids. Can’t wait to go back. Lot 40 was a lot of dirt- wasn’t a big deal but that was the only negative. Looks like the staff has made lots of improvements recently

Was nervous about booking this campground because of previous bad reviews. Turned out to be completely false. This was a wonderful experience. From check in the attendant let us know of a spot on the lake that was open for no additional charge. Two campground host helped us back into our site. The night time security even helped me find a spot to plug my boat's battery charger up in the overflow parking. Bath houses were very clean. The local sheriff's dept even patrolled thru at night. Two pools on the property and they are adding more sites. Will definitely book again. We stayed in site #7

My husband and I have been to the other campsites and this one is by far our favorite.

Great campground for families with young children, love that they have two playgrounds and the baby goats were a hit with my son! He also loves the Train playground which has a beautiful view of the lake.

Nice clean park. Has a sandy Beach with chairs. Campsites have decks. Sure itself was not level as partially on a hillside. Staff very pleasant. Quiet

Had an amazing time. The location is beautiful. The cabins are very comfortable. You have everything you need. Ours had 2 rooms each with a bathroom near them and one with a shower. A nice sizing living room and a kitchenette stocked with pots pans and cooking implements. A small dining area. The deck has a umbrella table with plenty of seating. The units are air conditioned and feel very comfortable. The amenities on the grounds include a wonderful pool with water cool and refreshing but not freezing. There are also gazebo areas for picnics and lounging chairs set up by the lake. For games and fun there are two club houses. Where community gatherings occur. There are trails to walk and docks to fish or have a boat moored at. The local towns are an amazing place to ramble through and loose track of time whilst you immerse yourself in the history and beauty of the area. There are lovely places to eat at with delectable treats a must have a slice buttermilk pie you won't regret it. Stores to roam and treasures to find. An amazing time.

My husband, pup and I really had a great stay here. We moved our site to a different one as soon as holiday passed, closer to the lake and easier access. The staff was superb and so helpful. We rented the Pontoon boat that the resort had and really enjoyed cruising the lake. The cities near the resort were really nice as we. Close to most stores we needed. We will come back but would like to visit when the leaves are changing maybe end October early November 2019. Thanks everyone for making our much needed vacation memorable.

Just... Wonderful. The staff is like family. The railroad car retro themed cabins are so cute and delightful, if that all there were, it would be 5 stars. Thanks!

Took a tour of the place. Lots of amenities and beautiful campsites literally feet from the water. Can't wait to set up there for a few days and enjoy the scenery around our camper. Fell in love with a dog named Opie.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Especially John Potter , the host went above and beyond helping us on our first night. We particularly love the activities at this campground. The permanent campers were so very friendly. We didn’t feel unwanted at all. Loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Campgrounds on a lake are always a good choice. This one is no exception. Staff is very friendly. KOA membership gets you 10%off. Train tracks are beside the campground, but no whistle, so I barely heard it.

I have really enjoyed my time here at North Shore Landing. Love the the fact that when I arise in the morning I can look out over a Beautiful lake, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. Then go fish or take a walk around the park. Later in the afternoon relax on the deck again watching the sunset or enjoy a fire and talk with the new friends I have met. The people hear are so friendly and they take very good care of the bathrooms and the grounds.

North Shore Landing is a very nice RV park. If it weren't for it being private we'd most likely go back, but we decided not to get a membership after talking things out. The value is there if you're going to take full advantage, but we're just starting out so it's too early for us to commit to anything long term. We did get vouchers for 3 more free weeks this year, and North Shore will be ar least one of those trips.

Everyone is friendly, and they're more than happy to help with anything you might need. The lake is beautiful, and it's just too bad we had a total rain out during our stay. It gets noisy at times, but not anything unbearable. I think the main negative, for us anyhow, was the regular trains running next to the park. If you're into that, it might not be a thing, but we did find it a little disruptive. Of course, they can't help that, so it's not anything against what they have set up there.

I'd definitely recommend North Shore Landing to anyone who might even be a little interested in joining a RV membership network. Frank was a great guy, and he explained how their membership works. No pressure, and he was able to feel out where we are with our RVing life (newbies for sure) and made our presentation more of a get to know you introduction. Sort of felt like chatting with a new friend.

Great place... great people... just AWESOME!

North Shore Landing us a quiet, clean, and nice place to stay. From Summer to Fall, there are enty of activities for young and old to enjoy. They have individual showers for you to use if needed. It is spread out so having a golf cart would be nice. The terraine is challenging at some places.

We became members of Travel Resorts of America in 2018 and North Shore Landing is our home camping resort. The staff are friendly and always ready to help if a situation arises. The resort is clean and only an hour from home, so even when we don't have time to camp we can pop down to put the boat in the lake and spend the day on the water. We haven't had the chance yet to visit any of the other Resorts that are part of the Travel Resorts of America membership, but we will try to next year. If you love camping, boating and the out doors, you should consider becoming a member.

Awesome place, cabins are clean and spacious, view of lake is amazing, pool was really nice; the roads are a little confusing and could use some updating but overall a great visit!

Stayed due to the evacuation in SC. The front desk staff was friendly. The best thing about our stay was how helpful, Emory, one of the workers was.We had issues with bugs and a plug not working and he was quick to fix the problem. We saw him come to the aid of a child who fell while playing and gave them a ride back to their site. He was always helping someone either fix an issue or just a ride to the trash. The bathrooms/showers were clean. The puppypin is nice but would be great if there was lights for nighttime. There needs to be additional trash added by the community building. It was our first stay but we will be back.
