The Home Depot

I deal with home depot every day Monday thru Friday in different city and 99% of them are very friendly and helpful . When one of these stores take it to the next level I like to let them know it doesn't go unnoticed. I want to let Dawn and store manger on duty ( sorry I don't have his name) in shipping and receiving I really appreciate professional urgency of my time to get me unloaded and back rolling. Also yes I'm part of team support for Home Depot, but when I'm off, I become a customer. Keep up the Good Work.

I did an online order and opted to have it shipped to the store. It came earlier than expected, which was great. And this locker system they have is awesome!! They send you a QR Code when they notify you that your package is ready for pickup. Go to the orange lockers inside the front of the store, scan your code, sign your name and voila!, your locker pops open with your package. This took all of three minutes. No waiting for anyone to come help you!! Love it!!

I love this place and to date I’ve never had a bad experience there. It’s always nice, clean and orderly. The employees are eager to help, friendly and they can accurately tell me where items are located. If I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

Regina was the sales lady that helped me pick everything I needed for a bathroom remodel. If it had not been for her I would have walked out.

I moved to this area a little over a year ago . I have made numerous visits to the Greensboro GA Home Depot. Every time I come in the store I am greeted by numerous employees and asked if I can be helped throughout the store. This is so rare to find these days and so very much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

Shop here not Lowes. Period. Staff everywhere, wonderful customer service and they usually have everything you need. Plants stay alive and decent prices.

I had one of the best customer service experiences as she assisted me today! I was unsure of exactly what I needed but I had an idea. I found this location to be well organized, easy to navigate and well stocked.

Undertaking a total house remodel requires a wide array of items, and as few trips as possible is welcome.

Didn't buy anything. I actually went in to simply use the restroom. Home Depot usually has really clean restrooms. I wasn't disappointed. It was as expected. The employees were all very friendly and cheerful. I'd definitely shop at this store.

This one is in a great location, friendly staff, store is very organized and well kept. Easy to find items you're looking for, if you can't find, the staff will help you with no questions. Lots of parking, easy access for interstate travelers. I think this one has a fuel isle on location, this is a first for me. Overall great store and staff to meet your home improvement needs.

This store has amazing customer service. My husband and i came in to look for items for our lake condo and Regina Porter was VERY helpful! She went out of her way to help us with shades to filter sun light for our patio. The store only had one available and she tracked down what we needed along with double checking and looking online for options... She made our trip to Home Depot painless and enjoyable!

As a homeowner, I practically live in this store. Keep in mind this is a very small town and therefore a very small Home Depot. They don't always have EVERYTHING some of the bigger stores carry. But the staff is friendly and always willing to assist you to get what you need whether they have it in stock or not. The store is clean and organized. And somewhat dog friendly.
