Dunkin'

Went to this location with my sister on our way back to Stone Mountain and were taken care of by 2 of the nicest young people, Quan and Savannah. They were patient with us, laughed with us, and took time in preparing our order. The store was clean we felt welcomed. If I’m in Greensboro again, I will definitely visit this location again!

This location is cool, can't really complain. The vanilla-iced donuts are good too, one of the workers there recommended it to me. The workers had great customer service, especially 'Quon?' We were chatting the whole time and he made the experience great. 10/10 would recommend.

This store is great, I went there to do some studying and the environment was amazing. The ice cream was pretty good too, I was recommended the strawberry cheesecake ice cream by one of the employees. Think his name was Quon. His customer service was great and he was a pretty chill dude.

The store seems to be under new management. My first few experiences upon the store opening weren’t so pleasant. Within the past week, I’ve gone on 2 occasions. Upon entering the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the ordering process went very smoothly. Great experience. Keep up the good work guys !

I had to share the great service I got today. A new worker named Kelly helped me with my order. They had plenty of choices of donuts on a Sunday afternoon. I got two scoops of ice cream and a half dozen donuts to go. Kelly was fast, courteous and professional. I think the person who is training her commented about how fast she was picking things up and was very encouraging. I called the store to tell them about the great job they did today. They put me on speaker to repeat what I said.
I told them I was going to give them a great review on Google. Great job today and keep up the great work!!!

I went to this location and it was pretty great, probably one of the best spots I've been to recently. The customer service was great and I believe their was a worker there whose name was Quon who helped me choose between the flavors they served. The ice cream of the Baskin' part was pretty good too!

We had a really good experience this morning at Dunkin of Lake Oconee. The place was very busy with customers and were already running out of items at 9:30. But the staff was pleasant and endured the high volume of customers well. The chicken roasted pepper wraps were delicious and our frozen butter pecan coffee was great. Oh, and the doughnuts too. ;)

Good food, drinks made correctly, good customer service, and clean inside. They were a bit busy when I came in, but made sure to acknowledge me and thanked me for my patience when taking my order and when giving me my food. Thanks!

Kwan and Savannah were great tonight. We came in just before closing and they were super friendly and helpful. Savannah helped me navigate the GF options. They were both very friendly and professional!

Enjoyed myself so much, I went back just 1 day later. Smooth delicious flavors and a variety of donuts. Don't take my word, go and see.

This place is one of the best places to get a hot cup of coffee or ice cream and a hot sunny day. Their custom service is on point. You guys should check it out

New and updated Dunkin. Great design. Clean. Fast service. Every donut with icing was consistent and fresh.

Needing something sweet dukin ice cream was the go to, along with a good conversation with Quon. Convinced me to try the cookie monster would recommend.

Coffee hot and delicious! Sausage and egg croissant delicious. Chicken biscuit is not too good but an eye catcher on menu
