THIS IS REAL READ THIS . 2019 review . This company is extremely unprofessional. They call their tenants out their names. They drag their feet on maintenance. I was in the house a whole month with no air , the maintenance burst my pipes and I had to pay a huge water Bill. CAREFUL PLACING WORK ORDERS . You will be charged per your deposit even if you are not st fault . I wish I would’ve listened and never did business Here. They WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AT ALL COST ! They charged me for dust. I have photos of my fridge being completed molded during my initial walk through. I CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY .

Rented from Garvin for a year, when we moved in they had lied about the condition of the house. They took over a week to get us a working fridge, the stove was broken and the "repairman" they sent pulled out the stove, looked at it, left and never came back so I had to fix it myself. They never return calls in a timely fashion. Now that I've moved out, it's been over a month and no one will return my calls about my deposit. They won't even tell me what if anything they are taking out of it or when I'll get the rest back.

If it would allow me to do anything less that ONE star I would. Horrible Business and Horrible customer service!! Do NOT... I repeat... DO NOT Rent a house from this company!!! You will regret it!! We dealt with a "owner" named Pierce and he is the most unprofessional person we have ever done business with. He lacks communication skills and has a difficult time expressing himself without yelling or insulting you. If you see a property with their name on it, run the other way. It is NOT worth the headache.

Lmao funny Pierce sorry ass already in a review. This is by far the worst group to rent from in Savannah. Terrible office management and crooks. I have been rent from them for about 8 years. My rent never changed for 6 yrs. Janice and becky leave two years ago and all of sudden my rent is now $100 more then is was two years ago. PIERCE IS TERRIBLE, THE HEAVE SET WHITE LADY is rude and terrible.
