Great local neighborhood place to shop. People are friendly and very helpful. The prices are little to a lot higher than the big box stores but to be able to get in and get out quickly with what you need... priceless.

Update: nothing new. They're still wonderful. Had a key made today and when I checked out the cashier reminded me to keep my receipt in case the key didn't work. How cool is that???!!! Love them!

This Ace had A burn barrel. Thank you because I called all Aces around me and they didn't even have it. Drove 1 hour away. Very easy in an out driveway.

Good customer service, very clean and well stocked. Had the product that I wanted, at a good price. Great neighborhood hardware store.

Needed a tip for the leg of my cane and this guy was so eager to help me. He told me what isle they were on, took me over to the isle, help me find the correct size and even put the new tips on my cane legs. It's good to know that even tho they built and occupy a bigger store that their customer service has also grow and gotten more personal.

Had everything I needed they key prices were good they need to update their online information for the products had prices online that was lower than the actual price in the store. Friendly, helpful staff one of the things I truly like about this business.

I had some trouble finding a latch for my shed. A friendly customer service representative not only helped me find the right one for my needs, he also helped me get longer wood screws so it would be more secure. It was a great experience ! I found what I wanted with no problem. Clerk was very helpful. I 💘 this new location. They moved from behind the store, but the building is bigger and plenty of parking space.
