the food is good. I always get the baked potato with pork on top. the place is usually busy even if you go early. with any BBQ restaurant what you are looking for may not be available. it takes a while to prepare and cook the food. make sure you have a second option incase that happens. all the food is good.

We have been coming here for years since before they had their new building to order and dine in! Their Pulled Pork, Cole Slaw, and Brunswick Stew have always been excellent and consistent through the years! Their new building has 2 large dining areas, an easy walk up and order line that they keep moving so if you see a line don’t get scared. Food wa great, staff was great, some of the original family owners are still working hard to get the food out quickly! I just can’t say enough great things about this place!! Love it

Brisket plate best Bbq hands down ever. Great options for delicious side dishes. Good value.
Second visit to go order right before a Georgia Bulldog game. The drive thru was closed but inside service was friendly and quick. Our food was delicious and still hot when we came home. Food was well packed. BBQ pork sandwich plate with a cup of Mac & cheese. Pint of Brunswick stew is the best in town.

The food was good and very reasonably priced. The ambiance was quaint and charming (my wife loves cast iron and that giant skillet on the wall had her drooling...to be fair that might have been the food). We didn't try all the sauces, we couldn't find the Alabama white sauce that was mentioned on the board. Over all a really good experience, we will be back.

I had the 4 bone rib plate. Very good flavor on the ribs. Cole slaw is semi-sweet but had a unique taste that drew me back to it. Baked beans were very good and seasoned with pork pieces. Place order at register, plenty of seating. Place was packed at lunchtime with locals. Very clean and well presented restaurant. They have dine in, take out and a drive thru. Sign on door says closed Mondays.

Their barbeque is delicious. I had the Pulled Pork Platter w/ potato salad and fried okra. I forgot to take photos but there was so much food I was stuffed. Very nice staff. Worth every star!

Outstanding. If you’re nearby, be sure to stop in and try this spot. Quality meats, quality sides, delicious sauces. There’s even a crackling fireplace inside when it’s cold out. Love is in the ingredients here.

We had the BBQ chicken plate and the pulled pork plate. The plates come with two sides. We got the Brunswick stew and baked beans. Everything was hot and delicious.

One of the better BBQ places around. Gooooood food! Very pleasant staff. Always a smile!

If you love Great BBQ, this is your new home. Pulled pork, ribs, chicken and all the sides. The banana pudding is excellent. Everything is made on site including their sauce. But the meat is so well smoked and moist that it's good without the sauce, but use it if you want to take it up a notch.

Love everything about this place! Very friendly staff, delicious food, great location. We come here often from Winder! Our favorite bbq place!

Great food, came with a party of 10+, was served quickly, I would definitely recommend.

Taste real good yeah food is lots and so tasty sides were OK but also meat was great thanks for experience it was very neat also cat outside was fun to touch thanks for the memories.

THE FOOD WAS SUPER GOOD YOU CAN SEE HOW HAPPY I AM PLUS THERES CATS IN THE PARKING LOT THAT LIKE TO GET SCRITCHES. 10/10 WOULD COME BACK FOR SANDWICH AND TO PET CATS.

In town for business and was told that I needed to try this place, most likely I'll come back for supper and I never eat at the same place when on these trips; in order to try different places. I ordered the plate special which was a pulled pork or chicken sandwich (I had the pork), side, and a drink. The pork was moist and tender, and either sauce that's on the table will be good. For my side, I ordered the potato salad. If I had to find anything wrong with my meal, it would be that the potato salad was almost tasteless. But... squeeze out some of their sweet BBQ sauce on it and it's a full 180. I also had a side of their banana pudding, which I was told was award winning by some locals. Not sure what award it was, but it tasted EXACTLY how my family has made it for generations. Maybe they stole the recipe from a cousin. If you happen to be in Gainesville GA, be sure to stop by the Smokehouse.

Usually, I get a Buffalo sandwich but wanted something different, so I got the Combo plate. I had an issue with the combo plate, but the owner came out and made it right after the cashier described the plate wrong.

Overall, this place has good BBQ and will definitely be returning.

I've been going here since they were open 3 days a week in the old place on the other side of the property. It's been a little while, so this was my first time in the new digs. Love the building! My daughter thought everything was fantastic. Portions are good, deserts are great 👍
