I came in during their sale to get clothes! Couldn’t complain they had 90% off of all summer/spring clothing and it was a great deal like 10cents per outfit. Alot of really good deals and in the back they have a huge selection of sleep sacks for like $2.50/piece. We stopped through on our way back to Arkansas way better prices than our ones in Arkansas

They moved to a bigger and better location! Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable about all the baby equipment. Their new store is very clean and organized as well! I feel comfortable shopping here knowing that each item is personally inspected to make sure it is good quality with no stains! Every time I go in I see so many things that have never been used that still have the original store's tags.
They even have discounts for military and foster parents!!! Plenty of parking spaces and easier to access them through traffic. Very child friendly atmosphere!

Great selection! I really cleaned up today! Got lots of clearance items (which were 30% off ticket price) and had $10 off $30 for being in their club. Great finds! Love this place! The best in town! Every visit I find a treasure or two,or three,or four.........😁

This place is fantastic. They moved a few months ago to a bigger and better store off Bennett, with 5 times more parking space than they did before! The staff is very friendly, despite witnessing other customers being very rude and disrespectful towards these working women. I shops here often for my family and sell to. I understand that they are selective when buying items from customers to make sure the products they sell are good quality and appreciate getting cash or store credit. I love selling here because at least I can get something from my kids old toys and clothes instead of spending so much time selling them personally or just donating them. One time I was shopping and witnessed a customer screaming at a young employee, cursing at them in front of other kids and verbally abusing this poor girl all because she said they didn’t want to buy her dirty, stained, old pack n play. No one would have wanted to buy that POS and it’s unfortunate how some people act when they don’t buy every item you try to sell them. The employees are kind and will help you if you ask for their assistance.
I read some of the negative comments and they all sound ridiculous how they are complaining about petty things. This store deserves 5 stars and so do their hardworking employees.

Absolutely love this store! I was so thrilled when we got one in Springfield, I first got turned onto them when I was in Texas. I always made it a point to go to Once Upon a Child when I was in Texas and Shop. I love to spoil my granddaughters and I've spend a lot of money with the store and get an unbelievable amount of items for my money. Why spend money on brand new items when you can spend a fraction of the price and get good pre-owned items

The clothes are so well organized, not just by size, but by color and type. They had a full selection of clothes that were in mostly really good shape. The workers were so kind and helpful. They are currently doing a 50 percent off Thanksgiving clothes.

I love this store so much...the girls who work here are amazing and so so friendly. It's just an all around great environment for shopping. And they have everything you could ever find for kids. And their prices are amazing as well.

The best place for gently loved and used children's clothes, toys and gear in Springfield. Organized and clean, with great customer service and a quick buying center. I consistently get more for my toddler's gently used clothes here than anywhere else.

My son is 7 and constantly outgrows his clothes. He is tall and skinny. One thing that I enjoy doing is taking the clothing he has outgrown to resale shops because i know his old things will be valuable to someone. For the items of clothing i took in, I picked up what they didn't take. I made around 30 bucks from what they did take. I was able to apply that to store credit or accept the cash. I accepted the cash. They allowed me to give whatever they didn't accept to another shopper. I appreciated that Once Upon a Child has your stuff looked through by the end of the day. At other stores it takes around a week or so.

I love this store. We stocked up on my son's summer clothes and spent less than $40! This store is always very organized and very well stocked. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Love this store! Loved it in Rogers Arkansas and was so happy when they came to Springfield! They did not disappoint! I only wish they had the kids play area like the Rogers store, that thing is a GODSEND! (Also, I spend more when I can shop instead of chase my kids 😉)

We love this store!!! So many great prices on good quality items!!! They buy items and give you cash. We feel like they are very fair in their buybacks. Highly recommend this place!!! Been shopping here since they opened and it's our favorite consignment store in town!

We stocked up for our new baby with clothes from newborn to 12 months, got a swing, and a bouncer for a little Over $300; when the amount of clothes alone would have been at least $1,000 “new” (a lot of the clothes still had tags). Previously was a customer of the Rogers location, but the stock and staff at Springfield has made this location my new favorite!

Love this place. I go there to sell my kids clothes. Fair prices, very friendly staff and inevitable I always but something every time I go to sell :) I recommend it. Check out the place!!
