Angel was so helpful with my upgrade! She made sure I got the phone I wanted and had it ready for me when I came into the store along with everything I needed for the new phone. She was able to help me, and help multiple other customers all at the same time with exceptional customer service.

We have always received excellent customer service at this location, and today was no exception. I had bought new phone yesterday at a different Cricket location and did not get good service at all. I went back to the same store this morning and, again, the same employee did not have any interest in helping me. I decided to drive across town to this location and I got the help I needed. It took the salesman a good hour to help me get the situation taken care of, but he made sure I was satisfied before I left. There is definitely something to be said for good service. Next time I will just come to this Glenstone location instead of the other one. Thank you, Mr. Thorn, for helping me get my phone set up right.
