We hired Noel to buy our house and make no mistake that was the best decision in the whole house buying experience! She made the whole experience SO SMOOTH I couldn't believe how easy it was! She has great negotiating skills, top notch communication skills, very professional and the list can go on and on, but long story short, It felt like all we had to do with her was signing papers!! Will definitely hire her again!

We worked with Noel Daoud when we sold our old home and bought our new one. She is an extremely dedicated person who is always available when you need her. She takes you through every step of the process but lets you feel like you're in control of final decision. We truly felt like we had someone by our side who knew the process inside and out and took care of everything. She is also super high-energy, always friendly, and was so sweet to our daughter. We would use Noel again in a heartbeat.

It pains me knowing that I closed on my new home in August and waited this long to post a review. But let's be honest, folks. It has been a crazy year. That said, I would be remiss if I passed on an opportunity to let others know that Noel Daoud is simply amazing! She was in my corner every step of the way, answered every buyer's question I had and went above and beyond in every way possible, even to the extent of stopping by my home after closing and helping to untangle a set of window blinds (yes, seriously). She returned texts and calls promptly and never left me feeling out of the loop. Working with Noel was truly a pleasure. She will not disappoint.

don't go with Dre Doheny team. team isn't familiar with lease and always favors the renters and not the people the owners who rented the home and is paying for great service. Betty and Jennifer need training of customer service. we rented a home. drew team with Becky jonni aren't reliable and the ladies don't know the lease terms. drew is impossible to reach and never calls back. we had to do alot of leg work like finding vendors with low prices especially for move out. they are in favor of the tenant on most of the issues even when the tenants are in the wrong and they break things. they get kickbacks from vendors like gibson lovell ac. tenants left our home damaged and becky strongly suggested we not request our security deposit back for fixings.

Recently bought a house from Sean Reeder at Remaxx. Such an awful experience. Never followed through with our contract and unfortunately my Realtor (Cole Saturday) didn’t protect me either.

When I asked if work was completed he just said “I don’t ask questions” which were the exact questions he signed off on for our contract. When viewing the house the shed had electricity but unfortunately after their “Handyman” fixed my fence the shed no longer had electricity and they will not respond with a solution.

Their “Handyman” left wires exposed in my yard where my dog and kids SHOULD play at. Mr. Reeder asked me to text him all my concerns (which remind you were in our contract) so I did and still haven’t heard anything except we have a contract for me to go through my Realtor. Glad we’re following the contract when it benefits Mr. Reeder. All that I was asking for is what we agreed to in our contract nothing more. Wish we could’ve had better communication because this has been an awful experience for buying my first house.

You couldn't pay me to work or deal with this company. Gary Mankin is a terrible agent who enjoys talking down to his potential customers. I would spend the extra time to find another company that prides itself on professional customer service.
