I have been banking with several of the are banks but none compare with the great service my husband and I have always received at Suntrust. The branch manager, Mrs. Baker, is just awesome!! She is patience and most knowledgeable of all services we need to making banking a true pleasure!! Thank you!!

The customer service representative Hillary Harvey did not greet us, was notably rude, rushed the transaction and did not listen to the withdrawal request.

Very horrible customer service,they push me out like i was a peace of trash.

I went to the drive through yesterday BECAUSE they DIDN'T think to send out new cards BEFORE the merger was complete so now my atm card is no longer valid. Anyway at the drive through the teller sent me a withdrawal sheet to fill out and I put myself on it for who I wanted the funds to come to; instead of she writing my name on top of where I put "myself" she wanted me to fill the whole form out AGAIN. This is like the fourth time I have had some issues from this bank.This lady wasn't helpful at all. I am currently looking for a new bank.

Closing my account by the end of the week . I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessionalism when it was just suntrust. I’ve tried calling to dispute a claim that was denied although I showed them proper evidence to show I never received the product. I call the claim & fraud number & the
Repeatedly hung up in my face 5 times. I’m done . Can’t even get a real person to help me with my issue.

Teller would not cash my check because she said names dont match even after I showed her 3 forms identification drivers license , id card and bank account. I have been cashing the same checks for 2+ years and no issues at all. Walked in to another nearest suntrust and cashed it no problem.

This branch is horrible. I made a withdrawal from the ATM and the serial numbers was missing on the money. They will not refund me my money or credit my account for something that came out of their machine with missing serial numbers. Between the branch and call customer service, I've been getting the run around all day. Inside the branch they was very rude and wouldn't look at receipts or check the cameras to verify the withdrawal I made. I'm closing my account after over ten years of service.

The ONLY reason why I gave this review 1 star is because they are polite. There is ALWAYS a long waiting time even when there are 3 people in line. I stood in line for 15 minutes, one teller. 2 other individuals walking around. They either need help, or train the little staff that they have to do it all.

Pathetic. Understaffed. Inept. Business owners stay away. What happened to the SunTrust banking rock? Sad.
