Publix Super Market at Dunwoody Hall Shopping Center

This is why I love Publix. Big thank you to Sean in the Pharmacy. I needed a prescription filled quickly. The script was originally sent to Walgreens who took about 6 hours to fill and closed at 6. Within 30 minutes of closing, I spoke with Sean, had the dr send the script to Publix and it was filled within 5 minutes. I am so grateful. I might be able to eat tonight without having pain. Goes without saying...I'm moving all my prescriptions to Publix.

I had a taste for a Publix sub because I had not had one in a few years. So I went to the Deli and was served by Yandi? She was pleasant and even though she was busy when I arrived to the counter, she did not make me feel like I was a bother. Thanks!

I love this store, because it is always clean, the shelves stocked, + almost all of the workers are extremely helpful
and friendly.

This is the best grocery store in the Dunwoody area. They always have an amazing staff, excellent service, and perfect hours of operation. III

One of the more pleasant Publix I've shopped at. Not overcrowded and not 45 minutes for a sub.

I had the pleasure of coming into the store today in the rain unfortunately but still came and while running up an amazing associate by the name of Jacob walked me in the store with an umbrella! While checking out the same amazing associate by the name of Jacob was also the bagging associate he offered to walk me back outside in the rain loaded the groceries inside the car! I just really appreciated the fact that he took the extra mile to make sure I had the best shopping experience inspite of the rain. I feel that every publix nationwide needs a Jacob.. 10/10

I love to buy the buy one and get one free new sales every week. You must check the coupons, too. Do not forget your rain checks if the sale is too good for coupons and buy one free, sometimes is almost free.

I needed a really nice 2 qt pot & i was so happy to know they carried severally quality grade cookware pieces!! Thank u Publix for carrying cookware bcuz sometimes people are in a bind & need a simple cooking tool, etc. So thoughtful & convenient to sell high quality grade kitchen products! U saved my day!!

Always been a pleasant place to shop

This is my local Publix that I’ve been going to for years and I stopped by tonight for a few items which reminded me to review the store.

The store is always busy after work and on the weekends but they are consistently clean and well stocked on most items. They are very quick to respond if lines start backing up.

Everyone was masked tonight and I witnessed the associates wiping down the buggies, baskets and doors. They seem to be taking all the necessary precautions.

Lastly, I’ve always enjoyed the associates and the way they act towards me. They are helpful, friendly and actually know where things are in the store.

This Publix is fantastic! 5 stars well deserved for their customer service. From everyone in the bakery/ deli, to employees at checkout, their staff is super friendly and everyone seems happy. It is also very clean in here and easy to get around. I've come in here for lots of reasons- Pub Sub lunches, office party food, their signature buffalo chicken dip (per a co-workers recommendation for our happy hour snacks), and I've always had good experiences at this location. It's very convenient to where I work which is also nice!

This store is awesome mainly because of their people! EVERYONE is so helpful and kind. Everyone! Some trainer or manager or leader is doing an amazing job at training or simply keeping their people happy so it translates into their work. I told them I may start shopping there just because of the service (The many buy 1 get 1 deals on the items on my list didn't hurt either😉). I was back the very next day! AND had just as great an experience the next day!

If you're looking for a new store I'd certainly recommend this one.

This is the best Publix in the world. Seriously. The store is always clean and well put together. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind. No matter what you need they go out of their way to help you. The sections are always stocked...even after we the hurricane when power went out and tons of their food went bad they made sure to get re-stocked as quickly as possible. The bakery is amazing and over the years they have made many cakes for parties I have hosted.

I am a very longtime and devoted Publix customer, after living in FL for over 30 years, and now in the Atlanta area for a few years. I have always known that Publix management and staff are the friendliest and best in the U.S., but I now have no doubt that they also have the biggest hearts. I am a disabled senior with no transportation, which makes it impossible to shop, especially during this worldwide pandemic while we safely shelter in place. Although the Dunwoody location is a smaller store, they are enormous when it comes to helping others, and a very grateful heart will never forget their going above and beyond in getting much needed groceries and necessities to me. Big shout outs to Courtney for writing down my order so perfectly, and neatly, and to Store Assistant Manager, Jorge, for shopping with such precision and having my order delivered to me so quickly. I deeply appreciate their going well beyond the extra mile to ensure that I received the best possible service. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!

Courteous staff and great range of goods available. I really liked the fresh produce that they have here, prices are also good.

Love this location. Very well kept, clean and organized. The staff at this store work hard and it shows. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I always feel welcome and appreciated as a customer at this store. I rarely give five stars. Keep up the good work Publix!

Great place to buy quality groceries and household items. Had a pleasant customer service experience too. Customer rep helped pushed my trolley till my car and load the items into my car. It was a surprise for me..Never had this experience while I was in Australia.
