I purchased a pair of Iron Rangers online and the right boot was too tight. I brought them in to this location to get fitted and make sure I purchased the correct size. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. They got me fitted right away and confirmed I had ordered the best size for me. They were able to put the right boot in their stretcher and now it fits perfectly! Many thanks to the staff at this location for helping me out. I would definitely recommend this location

I just purchased a pair of made in the USA leather boots from this store, and I am so impressed with the build quality of their products and Justin was a wonderful sales assistant. He took a lot of time to help me make my decision and ensured that I had the proper fit. If you’ve never purchased Red Wing boots, I highly recommend you give them a try. They are a phenomenal product and the staff is well trained on how to fit And help you make your selection. Also, I will tell you that I’ve been to both the Woodstock location and the Smyrna location for Red Wing and the Woodstock location has a much broader inventory and better staffing. FYI.

The boots they sold me are waterproofed Steele toes and they still feel like tennis shoes. The customized insouls are worth it

Went in for a new pair of boots and was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Tyler; Tyler was well educated on not just the boots but his customers previous feedback about the different boots that he was showing me.
He was courteous and got me set up with (in my opinion) the best boot for my needs. Then he took the time to tell me about all the different warrantees that the boots come with and even cleaned my old pair since they were Irish Setter Brand. He earned a customer for life.

Went in just to browse and the owner was absolutely wonderful to work with! Helped me find a pair of work boots that felt incredible and were exactly what I needed for work. Brooke and Dan are fantastic! I had an issue with a new pair of boots (my issue, not Red Wing's). Brooke advocated for me with Red Wing and came to a great resolution. Brooke kept me well informed throughout the process. I have always had a great experience when dealing with Dan and now continue the pro-customer service attitude with Brooke. And, as always, Red Wing boots are the best!

Great service and product. Very clean and nice atmosphere.They make a 3D scan of your foot to accurately measure and make sure your boot/shoe fits perfectly. I’m happy to have my new shoes. I’ll be back for my next pair of boots.

The shoes I wanted were out of stock, but Todd tracked down a set for me and them shipped to my house. His measurements were accurate, and he knew which size would fit me best. Been getting there shoes for last 3 years great quality. But today I recieved great service. Had to return some recent boots because they were the correct width. They didnt have any of size in stock or any they could order. But they went out of there way to reach out to get the last pair out of 3 left in the whole country. Made sure to get them shipped from the store they were in half way across the country and had them to me by monday.

I wanted to get some boots as a holiday gift. The Woodstock store and all local stores were out of my son’s size. Todd explained that with the current supply chain issues, I couldn’t even order them until late next year. Todd researched stores all over the country until he found the size I needed and had it shipped to me. He also called to keep me updated. Superb service and great boots!

The experiences were outstanding. Danny, the owner and rest of the staffs were very prompt. Danny was super nice and take time to explain and educate us about the boot, structures, and the feet. Took time to measure our feet and make sure they fit properly. Walked with my pair of Iron Ranger in hand and my daughter's on the way with shipping. Super happy!!

Had an outstanding experience here! I worked with a younger gentleman, I believe his name was Tyler (Sorry if I'm wrong). He was able to get me fitted in the most comfortable work boots I've ever owned. I come from another brand that I've worn for the past 8 years working in the construction business, but Tyler was able to change my mind on "the perfect work boot."
