Great experience as soon as you walk thru the door. Upbeat music and a different work out every day. The staff, especially Chris, are always upbeat, positive and will always explain every round if you are unsure. I highly recommend to the newest person starting out or experienced gym guy. Quick and exciting workout every time!!

I love 9R because it’s a quick, full body workout. I can show up any time and jump right in and not have to wait for a class time. My trainer even specializes the workout to my needs and has helped me improve every week. I’ve seen a lot of change in my body and my strength in just a few months!

Great place to workout and the workouts are fun too. The workouts change daily so you will never get bored of doing the same routine. You can also just show up anytime during open hours and start working out. Also each workout is only 30 minutes, but it no easy task it will kick your butt. It is up to you how hard you want the workout to be, so there's always a challenge. The owners and trainers are very friendly and will help you through the workouts. Woodstock is also one of the more newer and bigger 9 rounds location I have seen too. I highly recommended this place to anyone.

This is the most awesome workout! I love that you can feel So full of energy when you are done! It works every muscle and it gives you strength and confidence! And Chris and Mike are the best! All of the trainers there are wonderful! I highly recommend this 9Round - It can’t be beat!

I have really enjoyed the past month here. The staff is friendly and for the most part attentive to what is going on, the only real issue that I've had is I purchased a piece of equipment to keep track of my calories and heartbeat and it never worked properly, however, the staff immediately took it to send it back and have it replaced.

Great workout, I've droped some weight as well as size since I started, less than a month plus building muscle quickly!

The workouts are ever changing and never boring. The trainers are welcoming and not scary. They answer any question without making you feel silly. Everything is very clean.
