The Minute clinic staff at this location is above and beyond. The Nurse Practitioner, Kimberly, always makes me feel at ease and educated in my diagnosis. I never feel glazed over or unheard and always know I’m in good hands when I visit this MinuteClinic office! I personally drive out of my way passing several other Minute Clinic offices/ urgent care centers just to be seen by NP Kimberly!

The staff at my Towne Lake pharmacy are always so helpful and respectful, they work very hard to make sure our prescriptions are ready for us when we need them. I appreciate everyone who works at this pharmacy so much , kindness and patience goes a long way ,this is a very busy pharmacy and I am extremely grateful they are there when we need them ,being open 24 hours a day can't be easy . I like the Pharmacy staff at this location. I could tell they were super busy and had a lot on their plates, but it was equally evident that they work as a team, communicate well with patients, and get things done in a timely manner. They also managed to throw in smiles and personal interest! 😸

Melody took the time to help me save almost $200 dollars on my prescription today at the drive thru. (Found a working coupon for my prescription) I am honestly blown away by how nice of a gesture that was! Thank you!!!

I’m shocked to see the amount of negative reviews here! I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled here for years now due to the convenience of them being open for 24 hours, and I LOVE the staff here! They’re always super friendly and helpful even when they’re short staffed or it’s late at night. I always see them working tirelessly to help customers and fill prescriptions as fast as they can. Some of the pharmacists here even know my mom and I by name. It’s a great place to get prescriptions filled and ask questions, especially if you utilize the app that can help manage your prescriptions.

I am in this CVS almost every single day. This store is by far my favorite the employees on 3rd shift past and present have always gone above and beyond to help me. I can be very demanding and know what I want even if I might not be able to explain what I need. Instead of getting aggravated with me they usually try to make me laugh or smile. They have no problem helping me and going out if there way to help me find difficult items. So I would like to thank EVE , PHIL and ANDREW for always being willing to drop what they are doing to help me find what I need. I have been in there when customers have been screaming at each of them for no reason and not once did they lose their temper or be out of line when in my opinion they certainly should have put their foot down with some of those customers. I just wanted to let them know how much I appreciate them for always going out of there way to assist me any way they can!! Did I mention I am there almost everyday? I know you guys are very under appreciated and wanted you to know you guys are the best!!!

Today a new employee rung me up at my local CVS Pharmacy. His name is Ryder. He was very polite and helpful and when he needed help, the pharmacy team jumped in to happily to help him. The pharmacy is always very very busy, but they make time for each customer making them feel welcomed & like a priority. While there, the pharmacist stop what she was doing to help a customer who hadn't been there in a long time. I was even greeted when I arrived by Mae, another pharmacy employe. It's definitely a HomeTown feeling!

Had very pleasant experience on 9/8 for flu vaccine. Had an appointment for myself and my mom. RPH Eshita, is very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Sean in the pharmacy department is extremely kind and helpful. He goes above and beyond for the customers. As well as everyone there and the pharmacists have been great too. Thank you Sean!

Stopped by to get some things for my wife. Self checkout was frustrating and messing up but Makayla was very helpful in getting everything resolved quickly. She was very friendly and professional and I appreciated her help in getting me on my way!

Please understand before going here for prescription purposes that this place is always busy. Also they take a late lunch. Today I was treated with respect and very prompt service. Thank you for being my Jam!!!!

I have had several prescriptions filled at your Woodstock, Towne Lake, location and as a visiting northerner, I can honestly say the employees in the Pharmacy Department are efficient, friendly and professional. I’m greeted with a smile, informed about my medication and asked if I have any questions. The drive in service is just as consistent. It’s a busy location, I am impressed with their ability to navigate customer service in a small area. They all seem to work cohesively and in a manner that allows each employee to swiftly and accurately dispense medicines with a smile and a offer to enjoy the day .

I have nothing but wonderful words for this location! I first got photos printed which a very nice lady at the front desk assisted me in working the photo machines. I then had to go to the minute clinic. Upon checking in the wait was kind of long (I went on a Saturday) however, they gave me the option to check in and receive a text when my appointment was 30 minutes away. I chose that option. So I was able
To leave and come back. The nurse practitioner answered all my questions and was very professional and to the point. The best part of my visit was the pharmacy! David and the pharmacists were so kind in helping me promptly fill my prescription. They gave me recommendations for a speedy recovery. They were so kind and fast. I went during a very busy time. These gentlemen didn’t skip and beat. I’d recommend this location to anyone and everyone for all of your pharmacy needs!

I have been getting my prescriptions from this CVS for over a year. Today I had Katie as my cashier and she was great! Kept a conversation even though I wasn't feeling good she made me talk and smile. I have never had a issue with this CVS. They auto refill my prescriptions and text me when to pick them up. It's great! The drive though is also pretty quick and friendly! Highly recommend!!

My husband had surgery and we got some pain medicines filled here. They were ready before we even left the hospital!!! Love this pharmacy and this team. Dr. Patel was very kind and made sure all my questions were answered!!!

Best Local 24 Hr CVS ! Everyone is Great it has became my Go To Store! Employees are Great , Store Looks Great and I usually deal with only overnight Pharmacy which he is Great! Though I can’t comment on the Day Pharmacy @ this time. Just General Store all Hours! Oh Minute Clinic Ladies are Great on Top of things! And Help Tremendously!

Rohin Grier is the sweetest, most genuine person you could have take your Covid test. It was a pleasant experience and she deserves a shout-out for skipping her lunch break AND delaying her bathroom break even though she needs it, because she cares about her patients and job at hand. The stress was mounting on her yet she stayed calm and collected and powered through the rush like a pro! Thanks again Rohin, I appreciate your hard work and CVS should too. And for the sake of their reputation that a good worker like you brings, I pray they don't take advantage of your dedication.

Ive been here several times and they are THE BUSIEST CVS pharmacy because of the area. They take a little time to fill and yes you have to be vigilant about communication but the staff is nice when you take the time to say hi, how are you!
Put yourself in their shoes..... Town lake is the busiest location for miles.

The staff is knowledgeable and the pharmacist is very helpful.
