I love shopping at this Kroger! Not only great prices but clean and the customer service is warm and professional.

Towne lake kroger pharmacy is the only one I will ever use. I've tried other krogers, cvs, Walgreens, publix and costco and they are all terrible. Like shockingly terrible. Like how freaking hard is it to get medicine off a shelf?!?! Kroger towne lake rarely has a wait, and if they do its usually short and quicker than what I'm quoted. They will also give me instant prices on goodrx vs using insurance. It's simple and quick. To show the contrast, I once was getting an rx through cvs and insurance didn't cover it, and then I said well what about goodrx ( I was at checkout after waiting my 2 hours) and in order for them to check the price with them it would be another 2 hours due to "reprocessing". I NEVER have this problem at town lake kroger pharmacy. I totally recommend going there if you want to deal with friendly and competent pharmacy department.

Love this Kroger they have a great selection all the fruits and veggies are beautiful and all the employees are friendly. Even late at night, they have several checkout lanes open

I've never had a bad a experience here. Today my son and I went to buy his grandma flowers. They were potted in a valentines day box. It's her birthday. The two girls behind the floral counter were so helpful. They went and pulled one that said grateful instead to repot for my son.

Thank you ladies for being so understanding and helping my little guy get the flowers he wanted for her!!! I wish I snagged their names.

Very clean, large selection. I went to the pharmacy there for the first time. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great seafood section I should mention. I love Mahi Mahi and they always have good quality and prices on it. It's out of the way a little for me but worth it.

I have been shopping at this Kroger for over 20 years. I’ve always been able to find everything I need. The store is bright and clean, and the employees are always nice.

I love this store. Very clean, smells fresh, and I shop here weekly. The staff is awesome, they greet you with a smile and are so professional, courteous, and friendly. Good food selections. Join the Kroger club and get discounts on sale items. I also love the self checkout!

Has a good sushi selection, better than most stores. Larger than any other Kroger I've seen, so the layout is a bit odd, probably just need to get used to it. Don't really like the parking lot layout, though.

When you live in Towne Lake, you can’t beat the convenience of Kroger. Always fully stocked & friendly staff 👍👍

Was truly amazed with how helpful Emma in the floral department was. I didn't like some of the options on hand and she informed me that I could pick up any flower arrangement and combined or edit the bouquet. When I found the arrangements I wanted she created a perfect bouquet. But I was difficult and I wanted more, I wanted the bouquet to pop and be truly unique for my wife. She was SOo patient with me and my indecisiveness with picking out the right flowers and correct vase. Then after all my pickiness None of them did "it" for me so, she told me to searched the store and find something I would like to house the perfect arrangement she had waiting. Lucky I found a cool glass Bowl that I thought could work. I was later informed it was a Glass Trifle Bowl. She had some reservation but then said, "Its you & your wife's anniversary, let's make it work." She began sizing and cutting away while I continued shopping. When I came back, the arrangement was Absolutely Stunning 😍. I don't normally do reviews but when someone goes above and beyond like this, I think it has to be recognized and deserves an eternal thank you like this one. So Thank you Emma for your outstanding customer service and helping bring a smile and genuine happiness to my wife and I on our special day.

Went to Kroger today knowing that it would be busy with Thanksgiving tomorrow. What I didn't expect is that while there were tons of people there, there were tons of employees too, making everything run flawlessly. I had almost no wait in line to check out but even more than that, everywhere I turned a customer was asking where something was and there was no shortage of employees helping. Everyone knew the answer and offered to take them there. Just wanted to share what a pleasant experience I had today and every time I'm in there.

This Kroger along Towne Lake Pkwy by Eagle Drive in Woodstock, GA is usually a good shopping experience. However, my stop in today was Exceptional!
I easily found the few items I needed, but was offered assistance by 2 different employees without even asking. When I got in line to check out, a lady whole works in the bakery was behind me & was very friendly. She told me about an incredible deal on cantaloupes for $0.50 & she told me she'd hold my place in line while I got one! (they are up front by the bread) The clerk, Valencia, was also very nice & was happy to wait while I got that cantaloupe. It seemed like everyone went out of their way to make my short time there today Awesome.
This store offers great products at reasonable prices, but the staff is what makes it a favorite. Thank you all, Kroger employees at Towne Lake!

Just want to give a shout-out to my cashier today!
I’ve been shopping at the Kroger on towne lake parkway for many years but today I had the absolute pleasure of checking out with a cashier named Katie about 3 times for a ton of ice since my restaurant’s machine broke today. Every time I came back in, Ms. Katie was there to help me out and smiled through it all! She has the best customer service!

The aisles are organized a little weird, but it's a busy store so you know buisness is going well for them. Met an employee named E.J. in the parking lot and he talked to me about Gravity Falls. Here's to hoping I find him again and get his number, that was by far the best experience I've had at a Kroger. If management sees this, tell him Alex from the coffee shop says hi!

Great location. Very clean, friendly associates and speedy checkout. Slow deli counter and for some reason they're always low/out of broccoli. (It's my fav and this happens a lot!!) all in all, great store deserving of a 5 star rating.

Friendly and helpful staff and managers. The store is well stocked and offers plenty of organic, ethnic and healthy foods. The deli has a variety of ready to eat lunch and diner items as well as an extensive meat, seafood and bakery departments.

Shout to Ashley in the bakery today. I know you said cake decorating isn't your best. But what you did was amazing. With 15 minutes is the best cake I've ever had done.

Joycelynn was amazing in the floral department! She puts together an amazing arrangement!

Aside from always being busy, this location has a fantastic selection and seems pretty organized. They do have an amazing hot bar selection along with a major olive bar, Starbucks, and a great deli. Great prices and selections all around.
