The young lady at the desk (Makayla) took the time to guide me with great customer service, guiding me through the process and even a reason to wear a smile for the rest of my day.

I was able to reserve a space and pay very easily. I did have a momentary problem with the gate code, but was able to get in with the second try.

Nice space. Customer service is good. Neighborhood is OK.

Good morning all. I was referred by an acquaintance. First of all, let me start by saying when I called to get info about this place the sweet young voice was very helpful and understanding. I was supposed to come earlier than I did but due to the urgency of my family's situation I wasn't able to make it there and meet the Angel on the other end. A few days later I was able to finally meet and secure not 1 but 2 strage units with Ms. Makahlah. Forgive me if I'm spelling her name incorrectly but it is rather early. She was more than customer service, and coming from customer service jobs she really went above and beyond my expectations. Even when I didn't show up the 1st day she called to make sure we were alright and if I still wanted to reserve the 1st unit. We stayed in contact until I got to the site. You all better appreciate and make sure she KEEPS a smile on her face, my job was just that and they let me know I was replaceable even though I did good work with NO customer complaints, that I know of. Nowadays it's hard to find folk who want to do an honest day's work so like said, you all better appreciate Mahkala. Thank you for the opportunity to give her her flowers and show our appreciation. I needed a storage unit to place my belongings in, and it was only 1 left of that size. I was working and couldn’t get to the office, but I thank God that I was able to do everything online to Secure it🤗. That alone to a lot of stress off me. I spoke with the office manager on the following day and Mr. Jason as well as Mrs. Kathy are the best. Thank you guys so much.

Through several years of storage, my unit has remained clean and pretty much bug free. I did notice some spider webs on the bottom of my roll top desk. They could have been there from when I first put it in the unit. Everything else was bug free and pretty much dust free. I consider that amazing. I'm moving out only because a new storage place was built much closer to my house that I pass by every time I go anywhere. The convenience was to good a deal to pass up.

I have rented 4 units over the past 12 months. Their service is outstanding, and the units have always been in great shape. The facility is also very safe. I wouldn't use anyone else. Matthew and his team do a wonderful job!

Ive been with them for a few years now! They are super great to work with and were very understanding during my recent illness. My Ex even had his prized corvette there for a few years. Its really a great, safe, reasonable and personable place to store your personal items...i love this place!!

I was able to apply for a storage unit online. It was quick and efficient! Also the first month is free as well. It was a no brainer. Went in the following day to follow up with everything and I was taken care of in a timely matter. Was able to see my unit and it was just the space I need for my move. Thank yall for everything!

I've used ★A Storage Place★ off and on for about a decade now. Beth has always been friendly and very helpful. I've never had any issues with pest, mold, water damage, or anything else non-climate controlled storage units face. Never experienced bad service.

I HIGHLY recommend others stop by to compare prices and speak with the respectable staff... You won't be disappointed!

I have been a customer for years and they have always been good to me. Even though storage is no longer needed, I will surely tell others to use them. Their customer service and professionalism is excellent!
