Main Event Suwanee

This place is great!!!! Every time we are there the staff is so friendly and accommodating. My kids love it here. Constructive criticism: do better on ordering the cotton candy for the expensive kids drink that is horrible for my kids but they love it so much and it’s always a special occasion so I let them talk me into it. However, after all the negotiation back and forth with me trying to squeeze every bit of good behavior in exchange for the cotton candy Shirley temple, we go to order and the last 4 times, they have been out of some portion of the recipe 🤦🏾‍♂I’m not even mad at you though because I can over look a lot of dumb things when the customer service is really knocked out of the park! I love coming here and enjoining birthdays with my 3 kiddos!!! You guys are reminiscent of a late 90’s customer service experience and that is refreshing!!!

now, I would consider myself an arcade connoisseur… Out of all of my great expeditions in arcades, I must say: main event in Suwanee stands out about the rest… A special shout out to Floyd and BRIANNA!!!! for giving my date night the above and beyond experience!!!! we ate great food, and the drinks? oh boy… i should not be leaving this review right now, except yes i should. The games were great also but mainly just because of the staff here. if you’re looking for a good arcade experience: main event all the way baby! And go hang out with Floyd at the bar 😭

Had my son's 5th birthday party here and the service was great!!! Miya took care of us from beginning until the end! 10 outta 10 I recommend!

Floyd is the BEST !! I’m a bartender & im very particular about my drinks & he made my drink PERFECTLY! Great service, food was good, fun games. Even the manager was great!

We go to this place often for family outings. That being said they do have issues, we try to be patient, knowing our kids love it and the staff is doing their best.
The food is good. My girls get a pizza and we get wings or an appetizer, the pretzel is so good! We order it while we bowl. They used to have a wait staff there to take orders but not anymore. That was always nice. They used to have an attending at bowling as well to handle technical issues with bowling but not anymore. So now we order from the bar which isn't ideal but we make it work. It would be nice if we could just order on our bowling screen or something.
We have had issues with the orders, just like everywhere else, they are understaffed.
The bowling lanes sometimes don't reset and the bumpers don't always work. We get a manager and they usually add a little time for us as well.
Recently my daughter did the ropes course and she had a blast. Everyone was safe and helpful. We also do laser tag as a family and it's a blast as well. Not all the guns work though so be careful and check before you go.
We did do my husbands bday party as well we did pool and shuffle board. It was a great time, not too crowded and super clean. The bathrooms are clean as well. For the most part the biggest challenges this place has aren't their fault. The technology on some of the games isn't working and they are understaffed. We go in with a patient heart knowing the potential issues and the workers do their best to make up for it all in all great experience. Its not cheap though.

I usually come just to play pool and I order my drinks to my table however this time I sat at the bar and Floyd was amazing! Super attentive, great service and he knows his stuff. My friend is a bartender and let’s just say he was able to knock out substitutes for her drinks and she loved them! It got a little busy and he was also able to multitask yet still be friendly and attentive to everyone at the bar. Will definitely sit here again when he’s in the building.

My daughter and her friends had a fantastic experience, and our host TJ was truly amazing. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the event memorable. Highly recommend!Ask for TJ as your host, he made the whole experience so easy and stressless.

I went to main event in Suwanee and the service was amazing. The bartender Floyd was amazing! Not only did he remember my drink but he was sure to not let it get empty. Even tho they were busy his attention to detail was top notch!!! When they say your bar tender is like a therapist, Floyd has the advice!!! I’ll definitely return and recommend!!!

Want to give a humongous shout out & thanks to Margaret - she was our hostess for my little sister’s birthday party and she made sure everything went smoothly and accordingly! She went above and beyond for my parents and I so we could focus on playing games and hanging out with the kids rather than stressing out about setting up decorations or food! She made sure we got to all of our events on time and kept us updated on everything!

Thank you, Main Event & Margaret, for making my little sister’s birthday party so special - it was a day we will never ever forget!

I came to main event with my husband and our roommates to celebrate the holiday weekend, and was more than happy with our experience!! We each bought the all you can play activity pass which gave us access to bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, and the pool tables. We ordered food and drinks at the bar and received awesome service!! Everyone we encountered was attentive and kind and made the visit all the more enjoyable. I’m definitely planning to come back!

Food was not the best but the service was good and the kids had fun.

Tasha (server) was so pleasant & nice! Briana (manager) was as well. Front desk staff took care of us also. We spent hours here and the entire experience was pleasant. Much appreciated!
I will add, the bowling was not adding our scores accurately or at all on some plays, seems like there may be a system error there.

This was my first time coming to this location and I will definitely be returning. We are here celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday and from the time I walked it everything was top tier. From the customer service the Brianna and Aisha provided at the front desk set her whole experience! We really enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back soon!

I brought my family up here for the last day of winter break and my kids had a blast. They always love this place and the atmosphere is so positive. The food was great and we will be back.

Great place to bring the kids! There are plenty of games to choose from. It was a good mix of new and classic games. The laser tag is fun and at a good price, too!

Kids had such a great time here. We misunderstood how the points credits worked with timed cards, and the manager, Norm, was incredibly understanding and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Had a great experience went for a family's B day event loved it

We had my daughter’s birthday party at Main Event yesterday and our party coordinator, TJ was amazing. He was on top of the schedule, helping with the kids, and went above and beyond for us. Everyone was polite and helpful. The bathrooms, dining area and arcade were all clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!

Visited the place for friend child birthday. It’s great place for kid’s birthday parties. Lot of options for kids to enjoy including big 8+ bowling lanes, zip lines, lots of games with points system . We can definitely spend 1-3 hours with games and food 🍱.

I never really considered coming here for no particular reason. But my 10yo daughter was invited to a birthday party and she had a blast with her friends. While I was waiting with my teenager, we did explore the place and got some food and drinks to pass time. We got the combo food+game card, she went to play and she said that it was so fun even though she was playing by herself. So I changed my mind and would come back again.
